There’s something so sweet I love about humanizing your intrusive thoughts.

Like yeh :) Remus isn’t a malicious entity. He doesn’t want you to hurt yourself and others actually. He just needs a little help. He’s just a guy saying “hey if you don’t take a break and stop hurting yourself I’m just gonna make it worse for you buddy” Just something you gotta work through.

I think we all should sympathize with our intrusive thoughts more instead of antagonizing them so much. Just need a little help sometimes :)
