So @cactusgarrus was talking about people stumbling over older pics of Najm and reblogging them with comments of how great he is and I remembered this thing I made.  Which makes both of us dissolve into giggles every time - so now I share it with you.

So due to the version of Reshade & SweetFX I had been using for years (it’s an old 0.4 or w/e beta build don’t look at me) basically destroying my ability to use the support desk in game, I ... finally upgraded to Stormshade.  Dunno how I feel about it yet, I miss my old colours.

It had taken hours, if not days, to make the trek through the forest.  Time was all but lost to him beneath the canopy.  Sitting on the edge of a ravine, high above the rapids he watched the last rays of the sun flicker and die as it sank below the horizon.  He wondered how long it would take for realization to sink in that something was amiss.  That he was nowhere to be found, and that no communication had been left behind detailing where it was he had gone.  Maybe it would only happen when the chocobo returned without him.

Rinh’a finds a bottle with a map inside and excitedly takes it to Najm, who explains what it is.  The Keeper pulls the map from its container and tries to figure out what it says, and frustrated, starts smacking Najm in the face with it.  “You rrread, Alawi.”
