No it proves that the rich are greedy. You want to go be a socialist? Well, have fun. You will own nothing and the government can take all your assets at will and eventually the economy will collapse. Go talk to anyone who escaped socialism, they LOVE capitalism--which, no, isn’t perfect but NOTHING is; and at least you get to own your own shit.
It is the weak corrupt will of man that is the issue. At least they own their own fucking money. Socialism, you own nothing and the government owns everything and if they don’t, they can at will. You’d be trading greedy fuckers for an unstoppable corrupt government (and if you don’t think government would be abusive you’re lying to yourself bc with that much more power comes even WORSE corruption.)
