Crus is so fucking impressive. He clearly has been interested in that ultrasound fellowship for a long time.

To do two electives (at harvard and highland), tailored to his interest.

Publishing a paper on what he's learned and how it can be utilized in the field. His paper directly related to ultrasounds so when he applies he has a leg up to secure a spot.

Putting it into practice daily so it speeds up the night shifts wait times. Proving his paper's application and thus can reference that in his letter of intent and during his interview.

he's so fucking competent, mature and confident.
