hey do you think its possible to buy hamsters in bulk?

cause i’m gonna my friend is gonna need about 500-600 hamsters.

I think it depends on the type of hamsters, you might have to pay for them one by one

well i know for sure they’re going to have to be male dwarf hamsters. preferably babies. gotta start them young. otherwise they might turn on me my friend might not pass her class.

I dont know how much those costs but they might have to get them a few at a time, probably different stores because they will probably end up sold out

Hmmm yeah they’re going to need to be ordered all at once. I dont think ive ever seen more than 20 hamsters in a pet store at once. Do you think they have boxes of them in the back or in a warehouse somewhere???? If they do, could you just go there and pick up all the strong ones and collect them in a little baggie like you can with mushrooms at the supermarket??? Do you have to pay per hamster or can you just weigh them on a scale and get charged per pound of hamster???? I have so many questions.

you might have to call a pet store and make sure they can bag them for you, just so its quicker when you get there

Idk, it’d be nicer to handle the hams myself instead of letting the pet store workers guilt me into buying the weak ones just so I can get a feel for them…. (to help my friend out, i mean.)

You might want to pick them out in advance to the day you pick them up, just to make sure you get the strong ones
