If you’re having a bad day or feeling down, try not to wallow in it, it won’t get you anywhere! Go outside! Work on something you’ve been putting off! Talk to a friend! If you can’t do these, work out and put all that emotion into something productive that’ll leave you feeling productive! Just don’t leave yourself with your own mind when you’re upset, you could end up doing something you’ll regret.
