i finally finished season 3 last week, and now my gf & i are gonna start gen v then finally FINALLY watch s4. man, it’s been a trip. let’s just say i have a lot of ideas to add now that im more knowledgeable about the source material 😈

summary: with a few hours left in the day and the promise of hanging out with queen maeve tomorrow, you decide to have an impromptu sleepover with another member of the seven: starlight.
chapter vi. you set my soul alight
The passage of time works in mysterious ways. Though it’s only been two and a half weeks since your day off, it feels like an eternity. There’s a saying that time flies when you’re having fun, but where’s the one for moving at a glacial pace when you’re worked to the bone? Hm. You’ll definitely have to work on it, but you can see the phrase being patented and sold as your own Vought merch one day. Maybe you can even beg Ashley for more than a 15% cut. Hah. As if that would ever happen!
You push open the door of your apartment and resist the urge to collapse onto the floor upon entering. Bending down, you pull off your heeled boots then wiggle your toes and stretch your legs. After you’ve fully confirmed you still have feeling in your feet, you shrug off the petite oversized patchwork varsity jacket the fashion team forced you into for that day’s photoshoot; a football theme to represent good ol’ American values and welcome the sport’s grand return for the upcoming season. After hanging up the jacket in your closet, you work on removing your actual costume.
This has become a part of your daily ritual. You think you can do it with your eyes closed at this point. First, you unclip the choker and catch the cape before it hits the floor. Ashley would probably have a heart attack if she ever caught wind of you disrespecting any aspect of your costume. After tossing the cape over one of your stools next to the kitchen island, you grab the bottom of your heart crop top and lift it over your head.
Finally, you shimmy out of your skin tight pants and let out a sigh of relief. Who knew standing in your living room wearing nothing except your white bra, matching underwear, a pair of socks, and a smile could feel so good?
