A reminder to myself

There are some people that will always feel like home. You look into their eyes and see the lights on, doors wide open, and an inviting smile that makes you exhale a sigh of relief, knowing that you are cherished and loved.

At some point, you may have to make the brave decision to walk away from that home. And no matter how painful the process is, you have come too far to succumb to the fear. You press on, because you are strong, worthy, and capable.
