Anyone ever think about how the heroes without super powers are the ones who are more likely to have compromised morals for the sake of the greater good. Like Batman and Green Arrow. And the all powerful, often supernatural heroes who have powers basically never compromise their morals, like Superman or Supergirl.

I would think it would be backwards. If i had the powers of Superman, I’d be unstoppable. Morals wouldn’t apply because I’d have no consequences. Humans without powers are able to relate to their fellow humans, and therefore I’d think they would be less likely to compromise their morals. They could have consequences for their actions.

But on the flip side, maybe subconsciously Superman and supergirl have god complexes (though they claim not to), and think of themselves as a model for what humans should be. And the heroes without powers understand that humans and their morals aren’t always black and white, so sacrifices must me made.

Does that even make sense??? Idk whatever
