2x08 / 4x01 / 4x02 - Doc Holliday swearing to protect the Earps, and making good on his promise.

Say what you want about Doc, he made a lot of mistakes, but he swore he would do anything to protect the Earps, and that is exactly what he did.

I love this parallel in the first two episodes, where he holds first Waverly and then Wynonna in his arms, and they are both grateful he protected/save them.

He knows how much the sisters love each other and that they would be destroyed if they lose one another. But also he loves both of them, not in the same way of course, but they are his family now, so he didn’t think twice before risking his life for them.
