( Growing up was never an easy road for Margaret, due to having strict foster parents whose money held more worth than herself and the only mother figure in the house was in fact the hand-maiden. In the dead of night when the world fell silent and the creatures lurked in the dark was when trouble called her name; with parents who didn’t bother to understand, Margaret was out the window by midnight and in a sea of city’s before dawn broke.
During her teenage rebellion, Margaret had met thee men who changed her world entirely around.
Bryan was a guitarist from Ireland, his father had come on a business request in London where Margaret met him at a bar she weaseled her way in with a false ID. He was older, broader, and had a gig that night before he cancelled it to order her a drink and a song; the two weeks were spent with many adventures in avoiding responsibilities and nights were doused in heated promises that would last for only so long. After his departure, vows were disregarded and the month was spent in heartache.
It wasn’t long until she came across Avellino, an artist whose only strife was getting magazines to look at his sculptures. He was new to England, yet was no stranger to the wild side and in the dead of night took Margaret to a beach on the north coast of France. It was dreamland with stars that spoke poetry and sang the blues for an entire month, up until Margaret’s parents had found her location and tore the two apart. Something that was straight from the silver screen now ended too soon.
Mourning was a thing of the past, in her pain, Margaret wanted a distraction and by mistake fell even harder the third time around. William was a soldier of age 20, giving up his study in psychology to be recruited in the royal air force, and whilst on his one year leave he came across Margaret at a concert. Two months held up in his small flat in London, they made plans to runaway together, to purchase an estate and build their own home. Promises of loyalty once more fooled her into belief, a was even set in place despite the large gap between age, after she accepted William was called back to the RAF early. Though he left Margaret a large sum of money to start, she never heard from him again, nor had she dared contact any of them and was left to believe William crashed.
3 months pregnant with Newt, Margaret was unsure of whom the father was, so she used the money loaned by William to get a flat and dropped out of High-School to get a small waitressing job across the street. A one night stand on her only day off resulted in Newt’s little sister, Arabella, by the time Margaret was 21.
During the outbreak of the flare, Avellino was the only one to perish from the disease. Bryan became partner in the Maze Trial experiment; William had been tested positive for Immunity to the flare and was hired as leading pilot to any aerial warfare that may approach. Including aerial fire if Crank attacks should get out of hand. Neither have come across Margaret since their affairs, nor does she realize their existence within WCKD.
Both Bryan and William do not know about Newt or that there is possible relation to him. The only information they have attained is his appearance in the trials. )
