Spending 9 months (Feb-Oct 2021) creating this chronicle (214,585 words for 55 chapters total) & my OC garden (11 reoccurring OCs) is time-well-spent in my book. I didn't plan on it expanding like this, but I regret nothing! Buckle up for this journey! Some absolutely stunning closeup shots of Tinman’s suit posted by one of the fabricators. You can see the details of his chest, components of his hands (did not know he had a handle on one of them), Dorothy’s quote from the original WoO book, finally a picture of the back, leg details, a full costume look which we’ve seen but I always appreciate, and details on his shoes! Love this!

Contrive some kind of festivity or occasion where you can showcase your key strengths (i.e. dancing on tables, shelf acrobatics, looking handsome - always on)

Figure out ways to showcase your other key assets (i.e. flop hair carelessly in front of her in odd occasions, take off shirt whenever possible, etc.)

Find out what she cares about. Learn that you care about it, too.

If she runs away or goes off into hiding, do everything in your power to find her. EVERYTHING.

The water rumor is disgusting and utterly stupid, but it has its benefits. Use it to your advantage.

Maybe don't go through with getting married to someone you don't even love.

Another clutched their latte like it might shield them from whatever emotional transformation they had just witnessed. A child whispered, “Is she famous?” Someone in a reusable tote bag stage-whispered, “Is this a soft launch?” Galinda popped her head around the corner and announced to everyone, “She’s going on a date!” Gasps. Audible gasps. Nessarose, now sipping tea behind the register, added without looking up, “Pray for him.” Elphaba squared her shoulders. She grabbed the broom like it was a weapon forged from caffeine and regret, flipped her hair like she was shedding past trauma, and stalked back behind the counter with the energy of a woman actively rewriting her origin story. One customer murmured, “That was the most dramatic exit since my last relationship.” Someone else clapped. Elphaba just muttered, “If anyone tags me in this on social media, I’m spitting in the oat milk.”
