Progress on Merida! I'm actually really pleased with how this is going along! 1500 pearls, 200 rhinestones, a beaded collar and I still got so much detailing to do! I just got the eyelets in so I finally got to fully try it on! Still need to add pearls to my belt, make my crown, get proper lacing, maaayyybe take it in a smidge, and finish up my shoes!

Merida Suitor dress update! Starting on the embroidery and beading, and Ive got my under dress all done (safe for the hem and potential beading on the gold cuffs). It laces up in the back! I have my wimple already to go too. The outer dress needs the painted panels sewn on, horsehair braid put it, bedazzled, sleeves and the lacing! But its coming along nicely. I just need to make the crown, necklace, and start altering the shoes I bought to go with it! Work work work, but its coming along.

Slowly but surely working on this beast! The dragon will repeat four times, and the clan emblem 3 times, then it will all be decorated with half pearls! Supppper pumped!

I had a reaaaaally hard time finding a clear picture of the trim on Merida’s suitor’s dress, so i pieced together one of my own best I could! Thought I’d post it for anyone else who might need it!

So i finally got the magnets for my whole Cap shield sorted out! Hoping to post a video tomorrow of how it attaches and detaches! Supppppper excited about it!

Sorry for the long time absence! I’ve had no motivation for cosplay… UNTIL NOW AHHAHA- So I discovered Captain America, and since my good friend cosplays Bucky perfectly, I thought hey! So I made a Fem!Cap cosplay, based off the comics and movie, because i’m not dorito enough to be the man version. Steel boned corset, military belt, a shield that will soon be attached with earth magnets, and my own hair! Nice!  All ready for the premier of Civil War! I even got my ticket!

Testing out my makeup and wimple for my Merida cosplay! Im pretty pleased with the results QwQ I jsut need to figure out how to do my eyebrows, freckles and get some blue contacts! and of course, the whole dress part... But im very very pumped! Ive been wanting to do her Suitor dress since I saw the movie!
