This piece is so cool. At first I thought it was a normal picture; however, I looked at the "floating" fish and I was amazed. Another reason I like this artwork is because I like how the person is just relaxed and at ease.

Analogue NT mini semi-officially updated: NES ROM support now, more consoles later ⊟ 

So, in the middle of evaluating the Analogue NT mini, the console suddenly got new functionality, with more to follow. Not really something I expected from a retro console!

Developer kevtris, who helped design the FPGA-based console, has decided to release other FPGA “cores” as free downloads, which can be installed on the NT mini via the console’s SD card slot. The first release is, well, the NES core, which enables the console to read NES ROMs off the SD card. It also includes CopyNES support, so you can even copy your cartridges onto the card.

I have some future plans beyond just offering cores for this system, I want to offer controller and cartridge adapters too!   I have big plans for this if people are interested.  Specifically, Atari 2600/7800, Coleco, Gameboy and possibly others.   Let me know what cartridge adapters you think would be useful.  

This isn’t an official update, but, like, it is the guy who designed the thing. And it’s a really neat extension of the console.

The Movement Advancement Project released a new report mapping transgender equality in the United States. They examined five main policy topics: nondiscrimination, youth, health and safety, ability to change identity documents, and adoption and parenting. 

Based on these factors, MAP rated each state as having either high, medium, low or negative equality. High equality means transgender people are protected from discrimination and bullying in schools, have access to transition-related healthcare, can change their name and gender markers on documents, and are protected from discrimination in housing, employment and public accommodations. Negative equality means trans people lack or are banned from having these protections. The others fall somewhere in the middle

It wasn't a suprise that my state was in the red. After all, it is part of the Bible belt and some people have clamed that it is the belt buckle of the Bible belt due to the amount of churches in the state.

It has reduce the amount of "headaches" associated with a charager being lost. Now a day, you can easly buy a replacement charager cable/power supply in any electronics store including Radio Shack.
