Manifesting Phsyical Appearance Change.

How to do it;

First, look at your ALREADY attractive self in the mirror.

Second, Get clear on what you want to change, whether thats finding a photo reference or just knowing what you want differently.

Thirdly, ask yourself How would you act, move, think, talk, and see situations if you already looked that way? Live by your answers. ( you created your new identity so stay in it)

Fourthly, Claim the change as if It already happened. Idc what the mirror looks like.

Fifth, Combine Step 3 and Four, and lock in. PERSIST.

How to manage doubt & wavering.

-> Realize if you REALLY want this, you would persist no matter what.

-> The same way you’re being a crybaby and reinforcing the old appearance, you should be doing that with the new appearance instead.

-> STOP CARING what the mirror says and continue to think, talk, act, believe, and see things as if you already had the change.

-> OPTIONAL; if you want to use methods, use it from the right identity.
