Cat distribution system
It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!

Coming Back
It’s okay to take a break from regression, and it’s okay to not be able to participate when you’re busy. However when the opportunity comes around it can be hard to get back into the flow of things. 𒊹︎𒊹︎𒊹︎𒊹︎𒊹︎𒊹︎𒊹︎
Here are some tips for learning to regress again.
Clean anything that goes in your mouth (paci, bottles, teething rings, etc.)
Set aside time- If you're like me then it takes a while to get back into the mindset after a while so make sure you have enough time and that you wont be interrupted.
If you put any stuffies or blankets in storage or a closet try to stick them in the washer so they wont be dusty and make you sick.
Stick to the basics- Use things that you always did, the og things will help you the most.
Plan ahead- Get your little snacks and tv shows ready beforehand so you wont have to spend time on them since they require a bit of contemplation.
If you are still having trouble try consuming agere media. Things like "color with me" videos or looking at agere outfits on pinterest could be of help.
Lastly, just relax. It can be frustrating to find you head-space again but you can do it, just give it time.
