I'm thinking of maybe setting an auto-reply to all my messages that will go something like:

"I've seen you message and most likely even started drafting a reply but then I looked back at it and it sounded so bloody gloom that I decided I'll have another go when I'm in a better frame of mind, then a few days passed and I totally forgot. Ask to see my work .txt file, I'm sure there's a draft fot you there"
