Today’s sigil is for a difficult habit to break. It started out in early childhood and it’s been so tough to stop. It was worse when I had braces. I would cut through the nails with the metal edges. My parents tried everything when I was a kid. In my adult years, I treated myself to nice nail polishes, even gel nails to break the habit, but I eventually caved into it. Tonite, I sat at my altar and stated my will to stop chewing my nails.
