“gosh, is that all that you think of ?? you’re disgusting,” she spat and she gulped down more than half of her drink.
“You say that as if it was news.” he said before doing the same.

“gosh, is that all that you think of ?? you’re disgusting,” she spat and she gulped down more than half of her drink.
“You say that as if it was news.” he said before doing the same.
"they're terrible. Funny but freaking horrible." He said with a chuckle before shaking his head. "Remember we have to share a bed. You do that and you're getting no sheets."
"don't think it's my place to be mad. But it's weird."
"It was that or be bored sober. At least when I'm drunk I'm not thinking about how I won't be having sex for months."
“Hey now, don’t get upset because my jokes are off the hook.” She continued as her soft laugh filled the hair, offering a small smile to the other as she made her way outside. “French? I do actually. One of my many talents.”
“Please tell me you’re not gonna torture me with jokes all day.” he said shaking his head as he started walking towards a random street. “Good. Then we’ll probably be alright. I can barely even order food around here. I’ve honestly just been pointing and hoping it’s not something weird.”
A small curve pulled to her lips as her hip moved to nudge his own. “I am quite light, thank you.”
William chuckled before trying his best to stay serious. “I can’t believe you just said that.” As they reached the door to the house he opened it, letting her through before stepping outside. “Do you speak french? Because I think my french is the same as any french two years old.”
A small frown covered the lips of the woman as her ars moved to cross over her chest. “I swear, you can’t be nice to me for five minutes if your life depended on it.”
William sighed, giving her an eye roll. “I was just messing around. Lighten up, will you?”
“I’m not that boring and I have never once thought of murdering you or something.” Her response pulled as she placed her notebook against the bookshelf before quickly moving to catch up with the other. “One mean comment and I am ditching you in the middle of town.”
“That’s debatable. Impressive, I would have in your position.” he admitted with a chuckle. “Do you even know your way around it? I’m sure that would be worse for you than for me.”
“Unlike you, I can live without sex, Will. So, maybe for you. I am quite fine with being around you.” She admitted. “No notebooks? Alright, only if you promise you won’t be a giant jerk the entire time.”
“I can probably live without it. It will just be extremely boring. At least you don’t feel like murdering me or something. Lucky me.” William started walking towards the door before looking back at her. “Sure, I’ll behave.”
“Married doesn’t mean I have to sleep with you,” she rejected quickly as she pushed herself to a stand. Hands holding her notebook close to her. “I meant yes to adventuring, no to you and your pent-up sexual frustration.”
“These are going to be nine awfully long months, aren’t they?” he asked as he stood up. “Let’s go on an adventure then. No notebooks allowed though, you’re gonna have to enjoy the city.”
“I’m going to ignore that,” she stated with a sigh before leaning back in her chair. “I don’t know. Maybe you’re right, for life experience and all.”
“We are married now, you know that right? Maybe it’s time to just- do it.” he said with a shrug and a smirk. “So you’re up for it?”
Her hand released the pencil to allow it to rest against the notebook once his words hit her. “And what would you suggested I do?” the woman asked as she pointed towards him. “Since you have all answers to life itself, of course.”
“Besides the obvious answer, which would be your husband. Maybe explore the city?” he suggested with a small shrug, dismissing her last words.
The sound of the familiar voice caught the woman entirely off-guard. The two hadn’t spoken much, almost not at all if she were to think about it, making the sudden conversation a surprise. “I’m working on my next writing probject. I figured, I have all the time in the world right now, why not get a head start?” Her soft voice explained as her pencil continued lines against the page.
William nodded before sighing as he leaned back against the chair. “You’re in France and that’s what you’ll use your time for?” he asked before shaking his head. It seemed a bit ridiculous to him but then again, they were pretty much opposites. “You’re wasting the opportunity.”
Words spread across the paper of the notebook in front of the woman, eyes more focused on the lines than others around her. Tapping the pencil against her bottom lip, the woman allowed her eyes to wander before a small bounce came to her. “Exquisite,” the word rolled off of her lips before her attention pulled back onto the filled-out page.
William had been avoiding his wife as much as possible since they got on the show, trying to avoid making things even worse than they were once they broke up. But as he was walking around the house he noticed her sitting there with a notebook and decided to start a conversation. “Fancy word. What is it for?” he said as he sat down across from her.
“Paris is nothing like Ratatouille described it. I expected there to be more– y’know, more rats.”
“So you willingly came here thinking there would be rats everywhere?”
“ you really think they don’t like me? i can’t think of anything i’ve done to make them feel that way. ” he pouted for a second, overthinking the situation as usual.
“Then it’s probably the american thing. We are pretty much universally hated.”
“our history is telling me that it’s way before sleeping with you but you know that already,” she answered back in a bored tone. “why would you want to get drunk ?? did you fuck up already?? wouldn’t surprise me if you did, if i’m honest.“
“Things are always changing.” he said with a shrug. “I’ll have you know I have been behaving surprisingly well.”
