Today, wind and rain overturned their tents, and the reality on the ground remains unchanged catastrophic.

Blankets: $30-$65, depending on size and thickness

Waterproof tarps: $64 for one; each home needs 3-4

Tents: $500 for a weatherproof 6-person shelter

Sweatsuits: $10-$20 for children's sizes to adults' sizes

Boots: $15-$20, depending on quality
