Janja Garnbret dominated the women’s final while the men’s had a pretty close finish.

I know tumblr is always looking for more buff ladies to fall in love with, so I want to introduce you all to Janja Garnbret. She’s a professional/competitive rock climber who specializes in bouldering (climbing short, intensely difficult routes with no ropes). 

She won every single world cup bouldering competition in 2019, making her the first ever athlete to win every world cup event in a single season. Her climbing is super dynamic and fun to watch – she moves with so much ease. Check out this compilation of her climbing from this world cup season, you’ll see what I mean:

She’s more or less considered unbeatable in her sport, and she’ll be competing in the Olympics in 2020! She’s fantastic and out-of-this-world talented, and I can’t wait to cheer her on in Tokyo!
