When you miss a rustic ambience of your village, I think you also miss the Indonesian Food. The first thing that I remember about Indonesia Food is "Bumbu". Bumbu is condiment that Javanese, Balinese, Sundanese, Padang, Batak and more made. Cinnamon, Cloves, Pandan Leaf, Salam Leaf, Basil, Shallots, Cardamom, Coriander Seeds, Chillies and Keffir Lime are only a fraction of the ingredients to make a spices.
