MediCare Ads [Poster] Update

Oh Llama Mama, are you for real? Hey, Doc we need to talk, now...! Every Sim who has to see a doctor at the hospital needs also health education, right? You have flu? Great and why didn’t you get your flu shot before it happened, huh? Check this information, right here...! 

It always bothered me that we don’t have any cute medical “simlish” posters to decorate and make it... can you say more “medical-ish”, lol?

I can imagine especially storytellers want might to integrate a conversation with a doctor about such topics 😉. Now you can decorate your hospital with professional ads.

ARABESQUE DISTRICT TILES | Update

The unique shape of this porcelain arabesque tile is sure to bring elegance and interest to any tile project you may have. Bring a high-class look to your next project without breaking the bank! 

This tile original called “Fancy Terracotta Stone” is sadly an unused loner in my game still I always loved this tile but terracotta is simply the only swatch we have in-game which doesn’t fit my style and therefore I decided to give this actually beautiful tile a fresh stone-like remake. Especially because we don’t have in general enough stone-ish recolor versions of masonry in my opinion. Comes in 20 shades of gray, blue-grey and black!
