Okay, I brightened up the image and traced loosely what I see. If this is WPNZ'S shadow, his larger arm arm is on the right side, which means he has to be facing away from whatever's going on with all those tvs (it could be some kind of ritual(?) or memorial for Puzzles, if they're separated and think each other are dead)

It's also possible that this isn't even WPNZ and I'm delusional (but after tracing the shadow, I don't think this is true)

I can see the spikes on his jacket, his asymmetrical arms, and (kind of) where the cannons on his legs begin.
