I actually, think Takumi believe’s he’ll be a horrible father from the get go, not after or before he had Kiragi. Just in general. He knows his view of the world, the view of himself, and those aren’t pleasant views at all. Yes he would try his hardest to make Kiragi/any other children he has happy. He would try so hard to the point that he would lose even more sleep just to make sure they are happy.

However, he also has this nagging feeling that just keeps saying he’ll be a horrible father and he shouldn’t be allowed to have a child. To the point that he actually fears getting to close to them cause he believes that if they saw him how he truly was. Someone who was so insecure that they would be jealous of their own children instead of proud. They wouldn’t love him, they wouldn’t want to have anything to do with him. So he’s stuck in this constant fear that, it’ll take a long time to break out of.

The prince looked down at the other, a small blush on his own face as well. Turning his head a bit to the side, Takumi let out a few coughs before closing his eyes a small sigh escaping his lips. “This…won’t make me trust you faster..Though I do appreciate the action.”

How annoying, confidence was something he himself lacked that was for sure. Though he was shocked to admit that he had found someone who seemed like they had less then he did. So with that, he placed a rather bold idea into action. Once Olivia was off guard the prince leaned in and placed a gentle kiss on the dancer’s lips. After that, he pulled away after a few seconds before sighing a bit.

“Now have some confidence, you have just been kissed by a royal of Hoshido, not many can say that.”

The prince had a rather serious face on for once, it wasn’t one of anger or annoyance but of pure determination. Once he was in front of Mi, he stared at her for a few seconds a red hue on his face. After a while the prince finally leaned down and placed his lips against hers. It wasn’t as gentle as the kiss she had given him the time before. No it was a bit rough, but not rough enough to hurt her.

Pulling away after a few seconds, the prince looked away. “That was for…doing as you pleased the last time. If you have that right, so do I Mi.”

The prince was twiddling his thumbs a bit. He had no idea what he wanted, well of course he did but he had no idea how to ask it. They had just been eating together, both distracted by their own things. Yet, the whole time he had just been stuck on this small action. A small action that in his head, was blown into a rather large one. So with that, he just gave a small sigh.

Leaning over the table, the prince placed his lips on hers, holding it for a few seconds before pulling away. “I heard…you wished for me to do that a bit more often.”

He was getting annoyed by the stupid teasing, today was just not a good day for the prince. First waking up on the wrong side of the bed now Orochi wishing to push the prince’s buttons. However, today was a day that was just not aligned right for the prince, it just felt like he had been on edge the whole day. And that was clearly shown by his next action.

With that, the prince harshly placed his lips on the diviner’s lips. After a few seconds, he pulled away with a red hue on his cheeks. “There see, I am a brave person Orochi!”

After her lips were pulled away from his, a rather large blush grew on his own face. Why did she think she had the right to do that? A simple maiden kissing a prince as if it was something that happened on the norm. Of course he wasn’t angry, even if his face had a small frown on it. That was mostly there from the fact that he didn’t know how to react.

Along with the idea that, even if he wished to be selfish. He was more then sure, she would refuse him a second one. With that, the prince finally looked at the maiden before letting out a small huff. “You’re lucky I am in a good mood today Mi...I’ll...I’ll keep this a secret if you wish it to be one. Nor will I hold your actions against you.”

Of course, Takumi being who he was, the prince tried his best to play off his actions as nothing more. “Is that so? It isn’t unfavorable, that is for sure, I guess I wouldn’t mind being like this a bit more often.” The prince let out a small sigh from his lips, he disliked how shy he was. It was clear he was interested in her, and he was more then sure she knew. He just had, so much trouble showing interest in the ‘right way’.

So any training hours you repeat to me, not to be a second later. Understood?”
