Sooo Iāve seen a bit of confusion about this.
This drawing was requested by Kaji Yuki, the request itself was āCaptain Erenā, itās spelled ćØć¬ć³å µé· (āEren Heichouā).
Eren fell asleep on a couch during cleaning, and heās dreaming of being Captain, but the image of a Captain is so closely linked to Levi in his mind that he ends up looking exactly like Levi. The two bubbles says āOh? Not bad.ā but it is unclear if itās Levi saying them in reality or if itās Erenās thoughts in the dream (i think the latter is more correct).
The bottom panel shows Eren sleeping and Levi staring at him (so we realize that the above panel was Erenās dream) and he hears Eren softly mumble in his sleep āCaptainā¦Erenā¦ā (ćØć¬ć³ā¦å µå£«é·ā¦ -> heās using Leviās full title āHeishichouā).
I find it so endearing that Eren dreams of Levi during cleaning, because cleaning is often portrayed as a chore and/or a stressful time for the squad where Levi is concerned, but Eren has no resentment/fear. Also, Eren as Levi looks really cute.
