Tanaka Emiko was born in 1997 as the only child to a well-off couple in Kyoto, Japan. Growing up with a good chunk of money, Emiko had been enrolled in the top-notch private schools since she first began attending school. Due to her parents’ occupations taken up most of their time, Emiko spent most of her childhood being take care of by her grandmother when she wasn’t busy with school.
Having a strong interest in dance since she was a toddler, her family enrolled her in dance classes as soon as she turned four. Not only did she have an interest in dance but she also had a natural talent for it, easily and quickly picking up on multiple forms of dance but she primarily excelled in ballet. When Emiko started middle school, her parents sent her off to a private boarding school in Tokyo, where she was also became enrolled in one of the best ballet academies in Tokyo.
During a special performance held by her ballet academy, Emiko was scouted by a member of staff for Angelico Entertainment. Not having much of an interest in kpop or in becoming an idol, Emiko originally just ignored the scout, but after months of the scout attending her performances and asking her to audition for their company, Emiko finally caved and submitted an audition. When she received the news that she had been accepted as a trainee, it took a while for her to make the decision if she was going to become a trainee or not. Emiko finally made her decision and became a trainee under Angelico Entertainment in the summer of 2013.
After training for three years, Emiko was informed that she would be making her debut as the next Winter in Angelico’s girlgroup Seasons. The idea of debuting in a well established group scared Emiko for a while but after getting to know her members and officially debuting, Emiko could not have been happier. Being one of the longest standing and most popular member of Seasons, everyone was shocked when the group went silent in the beginning of 2019 and then when the girls were announced to be graduating from the group. Not much is known about why Emiko graduated from Seasons or what went down behind the scenes, but Emiko held her official graduation concert called “A Winter’s Breeze” in early April of 2019 and released her graduation song called “BABE”.
After graduating from Seasons, Emiko quickly terminated her contract with Angelico Entertainment and signed a contract with a small company called Clockwork Entertainment. It didn’t take long after she joined Clockwork for them to announce that she would be debuting in their new girlgroup called Girlcode. Re-debuting in Girlcode in August of 2019, Emiko became the leader of four other girls that were relying on her previous experience in the industry and popularity to get them out of nugudom. While the group did have a two or three popular releases over the fourteen months that they were active, their company was just not making enough money to keep the group well promoted and active.
When Girlcode officially disbanded, Emiko quickly found herself signing a new contract with BE:LIFT LAB to become a trainee on their newest survival show “THE HIVE”. After weeks of grueling challenges and heart-wrenching eliminations, Emiko placed 11th in the final ranking, sadly missing out on debuting in Honeymoon (@hcneypit) by one position. Her time on the show garnered her a bunch of attention and led to multiple companies wanting to sign her as an artist. Emiko ended up signing with Flowerbank Entertainment in the end, and after training with them for a couple months, Emiko made her official debut as a soloist with the song “Woman” in February of 2022.

In this electrifying realm where dreams converge, debuted idols of every gender brace themselves for an arduous battle, united by a single quest—to claim the title of "THE IDOL" and seize their place in the final 7 MEMBER SUPER GROUP!
The stage is set, the stakes are high, and the journey to stardom is about to ignite in an explosion of talent, determination, and untamed passion. Welcome to the arena where shooting stars are born, and destinies are forever rewritten.
Want to see if your favorite idol made the top five? Well, sit tight! Because here we go!
The screen goes black, the electric green logo spins onto screen as a shooting star flies above it with a “ding!” when it lands on the end of logo. bove it with a “ding!” when it lands on the end of logo. With a swishing transition, we’re back to an empty arena where seats are arranged all with numbers on them. The center and most extravagant one sits in the middle with a big silver number one on it.
Klara of Venus and Salem of Plastic Flowers, in matching outfits, stand before the final contestants of Shooting Stars, microphones in hand. Within the last few weeks, the contestants have been narrowed down to the top twenty places, leaving only the best of the best.
“Welcome back to Shooting Stars,” Klara beams at the audience. “Tonight, we found out which seven stars made it into the final lineup and will become known as STARZIE! I’m Klara of Venus and joined with me is…”
“Salem of Plastic Flowers!” Compared to her usual demeanor, Salem actually looks excited for once. Her smile is wide and she seems to be enjoying the spotlight next to Klara. “Over the last few weeks, the voting for the final lineup has taken place over social media by dedicated fans and ended just a few hours ago.”
“It’s been a long and hard journey for the idols of Shooting Stars but we have finally made it to the end,” Klara tells the live audience as she glances towards the contestants on stage. She beams when she sees Chloe, turning her attention back to the camera.
“And now it all comes to an end,” Salem announces with a nod and professional smile, “with the creation of STARZIE the ultimate idol group! Are you guys ready?” Salem puts her mic out towards the crowd, hearing the audience roar in response. Salem and Klara both laugh at how crazy the crowd goes. “And what about the idols? Are you guys ready?” The remaining 21 contestants cheer loudly from the stage, desperate to know the results.
“Let’s get started then,” Klara states with a bright smile. “Beginning with sixth place…” She pauses to drum up excitement and suspense from everyone, looking around with a hum to tease the crowd before smiling towards the contestants.
Mika can feel the sweat gathering on the surface of her hands as she waits to find out her fate. The last time she took part in a finale she was gripping onto Chloe’s hand like her life depended on it, but things had been weird between them recently, so now she had to hope the camera couldn’t pick up on how hard her nails were digging into her palms.
“Mika of SNS!”
Finally when she hears her name leave the host’s lips, the breath she didn’t know she was holding comes out of her in a rush. She quickly straightens up as the biggest smile makes it way onto her face, her eyes forming into their signature crescent shape. Jumping into the arms of the girls around her, Mika can’t help but squeal in excitement as she truly lets herself revel in the fact that she has finally made it to the end.
Klara gives Mika a congratulatory hug, jumping excitedly for her friend before handing her the microphone for her speech.
Mika has the biggest smile on her face as she takes the mic into her hands, not any tears or nervousness seen on her. “I’m so excited!” She lets out a little yell into the mic before shortly giggling at herself. “This show has been so fun for me and I have been so grateful to be able to compete alongside so many amazing and talented idols! I can’t believe I have made it this far and now get the chance to debut once again!”
The rest of the SNS members are in the audience during the finale and are all holding up custom made signs that range from sugar plum drawings to funny sayings about Mika. As soon as Mika steps out onto the stage she notices them and waves intensely at them, sending a plethora of air kisses and finger hearts to them. Piper and View jump up and down like crazed fans anytime Mika is in the spotlight.
“I want to thank everyone who voted for me not only during the finale but throughout every single round! I may not have been in the top for every round but that doesn’t matter because here I am now.” She sends a hand heart to the audience before once again laughing at herself, “I am just so grateful! Thank you all!”
Mika is then guided to the top seven chairs, sitting down on the sixth place chair with a quiet squeal, covering her mouth in disbelief she made the final line up.
“Fifth palace and the second member of Starzie is…” Salem pauses, looking around with her eyes to build more excitement.
“Doah!”
When Doah's name is called for the fifth rank, a look of surprise washes over her face, hands quickly covering her mouth in shock. When she drops her hand, a beaming smile plays on her lips, eyes brimming with happy tears as she stands from her seat.
Salem meets her halfway, giving the girl a congratulatory hug as she passes her the microphone.
"Thank you," is all she manages to get out at first, and a nervous giggle slips past her lips. She clears her throat, eyes glittering with tears as she smiles radiantly towards the audience. "I joined Shooting Stars to show a different side of me, and I'm so happy you all liked that side of me. Thank you." She quickly bows towards the camera when she finishes her speech, topping it off with one of her signature blown kisses, practically bouncing in place.
Doah takes a seat next to Mika, reaching over to shake the girl’s arm with an excited smile before clasping her hands together in her lap practically glowing.
“Fourth place and third member of Starzie,” Klara starts but doesn’t finish. She lowers the microphone, looking around as if she’s lost before turning to Salem and shrugging. The pair share a bit of unheard dialouge, Salem scratching her head dramatically. It’s all a bit to raise tensions and raise tensions it does, the crowd beginning to get noisy, yelling for the girls to announce the next member. Klara raises the microphone to her lips, a smile forming on her lips pointing up like a lightbuld has turned on and she remembers.
“Poppy!”
Poppy freezes in her spot, staring blankly, trying to understand what had just happened. She made the final lineup? Being pulled into a hug, she was pulled out of her trance. Turning around, she turned to the other contestants surrounding her, congratulating on being a part of the team. Poppy slowly walks towards the stage, still in disbelief. All of the hard work she’s done has finally paid off. Truth be told, she truly didn’t think she’d make the final lineup. Seeing the interim rankings, this was the least expected of everything. She would’ve thought her ranking would go down as the show went on as everyone else was showing their true talents.
Klara gives Poppy a small bow before giving her a hug, telling her congratulations as she passes the girl the microphone for her speech.
“First off, I want to thank everyone who supported me throughout the entire show. I honestly didn’t know the outcome would’ve been but I’m so thankful to everyone. It’s been about three years since the disbandment of GFriend and I’m still proud of the girls and how far we’ve come after our many hardships.” The camera cuts to the audience where the members of GFriend came to support her along with Seventeen’s Seungkwan and former idols, The Ark’s Suji and Imfact’s Ungjae. Yerin has tears in her eyes because of how proud she is of Poppy, covering her mouth with one hand while the other members smile brightly for their friend.
“Shooting Stars would’ve been my last chance of being on stage and I was glad that I was able to be on the show. All of my fellow teammates, other idols I’ve seen but haven’t been able to work with, the hosts, everyone was so amazing and I had a great time being on the show. I’ll show you an even better side of me as a member of Starzie and I hope you continue to love and support me. Thank you so much!” Poppy bows politely before handing the microphone back to Klara, being ushered to where the other winners sit. She smiles brightly at the girls, opening her arms for them. Mika and Doah stand, rushing to hug Poppy, jumping excitedly at the fact they’re in a group together,
When the girls pull away, Poppy rushes to her seat and sits down, giving the crowd a heart with both her hands, beaming.
“Third place and fourth member of STARZIE…” Salem pauses, blowing air through her nose with a quirk of her lips to the side. Salem pulls her phone out, ushering Klara to come closer so they can take a selfie. The girls do various of poses from peace signs, finger hearts, and beaming smiles. Klara puckers her red stained lips to kiss Salem’s cheek playfully. This seems to soothe the anxious crowd, cheering for the two girls as they pull apart, laughing at their antics at the expense of the crowd and contestants.
“The fourth member of STARZIE is…Liling!”
It takes Liling a couple of seconds to process that it was indeed her name that was called out. She looks around slowly, eyes widened and her mouth slightly parted, pointing to herself as if there was anyone else present with the same name as her. When she assures herself, her face suddenly breaks out into a large smile as she shakes her head in disbelief, with small but noticeable tears welling up in her eyes. Desperately attempting to distract herself, Liling wipes her eyes with her thumbs and laughs whilst other contestants pull her into a hug or excitedly congratulate her.
Liling takes a quick breath in and glances around before beginning to speak through tears. “Firstly, I’m not even sure what I should say, I didn’t really prepare at all, I’m just really excited. I honestly didn’t expect this, so I’m really grateful for those who voted for me and have been by my side since the start,” She voices, bowing whilst tightly holding onto the mic. “I’m really happy with my rank, thank you so much!” Liling exclaims, gesturing to the audience as she speaks, “Thank you to my family members for also supporting me, it means the world to me. To everyone who competed on this show, thank you for being my inspiration and never giving me a tough time—“ She stops herself, noticing that her voice had changed slightly in pitch. Liling briefly glances at the contestants opposite to her and smiles. “I’m also grateful for those who’ve put up with being on a team with me, I’m not the best at leading or groups in general but thank you for always making me feel comfortable!” She adds, waving at the audience as well as the idols she had just mentioned
“I’d also like to thank Cody, for comforting me when I was worried or felt like I couldn’t do the things I wanted to do, I’m happy we’ve gotten closer, Thank you!” She pauses slightly, flipping her necklace around repeatedly due to her nerves. “I’ve said “thank you” and “I’m grateful for” too many times already, but I truly mean it! Lastly, I wanted to say that I’m proud of all of my now members who have made it into STARZIE and I’m also proud of those who tried their hardest throughout the show. I’ll now not only be Wang Liling of HASHTAG but also Wang Liling of STARZIE so please continue to love and support me, Thank you again!” Signaling the end of her speech, Liling bows once more and brushes her hair out of her face.
When Liling makes it to where the other members are, the girls rush towards her and hug her tightly. Liling ducks her head down, trying to hide her crying face as she presses her face into Doah’s shoulder. Poppy and Mika hug Liling tightly, the latter rubbing her back with tears in her own eyes as she tries to hold her own tears back.
“First place…” For the first time, the screen fills with a split screen. Oliver stands on one side while Chloe appears on the other. Chloe covers her mouth with big watery eyes when she sees herself, looking off to look at Finn then at Klara in shock. She gives Oliver a teary smile, taking his hand into her’s because of how nervous she is. Oliver nods with a small laugh, looking down as he squeezes her hand tightly. When he looks up his eyes are watery as well, making Chloe squeeze his arm to comfort him for the first time for the entire season.
Oliver has been Chloe’s biggest competition this entire season but now she can’t stop herself from wanting to comfort him and wanting some comfort from him. Either way, she’s won. Second place or first palace are the same thing to her now. It’s taken a lot for her to get to this point but she made it and she’s proud no matter where she ranks. Chloe shakes his arm gently to get his attention with a deep breath when Oliver looks at her.
“You did well,” Chloe tells him with a smile, “You did really well.” She let’s out a choked up laugh at all the emotions she’s feeling at the moment. Oliver smiles at her, laughing as well as he gives Chloe a hug that she recuperates instantly, squeezing him tightly. When they pull away, Oliver gives her a small bow of his head.
“You did well as well. You did great.” Chloe puts her hand over her heart at his words, hugging him one last time before moving beside him with a deep breath.
When their moment ends, Klara clears her throat, raising the microphone to her lips. She leaves a small lull before finally announcing: “First place and center of STARZIE is….Oliver Song!”
Oliver’s hands are kept behind his back to avoid showing the camera how nervous he is. They haven’t stopped shaking since he entered the building to begin filming and in an attempt to keep him grounded in the moment, he pinches the extra skin on his wrist. His eyes are already wet from tears slipping throughout the entire filming, watching each member of the group be called and wondering if he even made it.
Hearing his name be announced as first place, Oliver falls to the ground in a full bow towards the camera. It takes him a moment to recollect himself, believing that if he let go of the ground, it would all disappear. However, Oliver soon remembers he’s on camera and clumsy pulls himself together, wiping his eyes and fixing his blonde hair.
“Thank you for this honor,” Oliver begins with a strained voice, wiping his eyes again and holding the microphone so tightly his knuckles turned white. He pulls out a small piece of paper from his pocket, laughing at himself as he does. “Though I’m not sure I completely deserve it.
“I want to thank my beloved fans first. Without them, I would not be standing on this stage, ranking first for the third time. Whether you are a fan of Plastic Flowers or just discovering me through the show, I love all of you equally. Thank you for seeing the best of me even when I doubted myself and I cannot think of any ways to repay you enough.
“Next, of course, is my family—mom, Ivy, and Harry—who believed in me all the way across the ocean. For the last eight years, I have been almost seven-thousand-miles away living my dream as an idol and they have never stopped believing in me. I would also like to thank my company, Superbloom Media, for giving me the opportunity to compete on such an amazing show. I know there was some worry with my dancing skills, but I hope I proved myself in the end. And, finally, to the other contestants of Shooting Stars: thank you for being such tough competition these last few months. I truly have never worked harder since debuting in 2018 and you all have reignited my passions of being an idol. I wish every single one of us success and happiness in the future, I’ll buy dinner in a few weeks!”
Chloe is smiling with tear stained cheeks when she’s handed a microphone, laughing into it when she finally gets a proper hold of it.
“I want to thank all our constellations for voting for me through out these weeks. I know I didn’t give my best at time but your neverending support kept me going and I’m so grateful for all of you. Every single one of you has such a special place in my heart. Genuinely, thank you so much. I love you all forever.” Chloe feels herself get choked up, putting a hand on her heart as she lets out a quiet sob, turning her head from the microphone to gather herself. “I, um, I also want to thank my fellow contestants for putting up with me and still liking me. This is such a kind group of people and I wish we could all be in a big group together because every one of you has been so fun to work with. Thank you so much.
“Finally, I want to thank my girls. My Venus sisters have been with me throughout this whole process and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them.” The camera goes to the crowd where the other three Venus members sit, cheering and smiling proudly for their sister. Sena is crying for Chloe, laughing when she sees herself on screen, dabbing her eyes. Chloe laughs at the sight of Sena, pointing to the crowd then to Klara on stage, who puts her hand over her heart. “I love my girls so much! I don’t know what I’d do without them! I’ll love you all until my lungs give out.” Chloe takes a deep breath, bowing to the crowd.
“Let’s make STARZIE the time of our lives! Thank you so much for this opportunity!” Chloe bows once more, waving to the crowd cutely before handing Klara her microphone. The girls hug tightly, Klara pulling back to fix Chloe’s hair before letting her send off.
Chloe and Oliver link arms, both of them laughing as they walk over to where the winner’s sat. The group immediately rushes up to embrace Chloe and Oliver. Chloe pushes her way to hug Doah, the pair sharing a tight hug during a moment they had been hoping for.
“Who will fill the final spot in STARZIE?” Salem asks as contestants faces are shown on screen, some looking more amused than other. When Qiao is shown, she smiles nervously, giving the camera a peace sign. Mingeun’s face fills the screen and he laughs softly, nodding with a small smile. When Zasha is shown on screen she tilts her head, giving a sad and knowing smile, holding Elliot’s hand as he lifts one hand to give a finger heart in the corner of the screen. Finn is on screen with a bright smile and watery eyes, giving a double thumbs up with a choked up laugh. When Riko is shown on screen, she forces herself to smile, raising her brows as if to tell them to get on with it.
“The final member of STARZIE is…” A long vomit inducing pause fills the arena before finally.
“Finn.”
Finn freezes, blinking in shock before looking around with his jar ajar. Mika almost falls over in excitement when Finn’s name gets called out as a final member. She lets out a yell before opening her arms up to give a rather aggressive squeezing hug, almost making an attempt to pick him up. Finn is still in too much shock to really reacts but he squeezes her tightly as he feels the other contestants pat him on the back.
“What the fuck,” Finn mouths when he makes eye contact with Elliot, the pair laughing as Finn scratches the back of his head, laughing softly as he takes the microphone from Salem. He gives her a bow before bowing to the crowd then to the other contestants. He blinks a few times, still in shock as he shakes his head.
“I can’t believe this is happening, like, I’m so stunned, wow!” Finn laughs, looking around again as if to check if this is real. “it’s been a long time sincere I’ve done something ike this and I really didn’t think it’d be as fun as it was but…I had such an amazing time with everyone on this stage. Thank you all so much for making this an amazing and easy experience. I’ve made so many friends and memories with you all and I can’t thank you all enough. Thank you so much.” Finn bows to his fellow contestants again before feeling his throat get tight.
“I want to thank my family for always supporting me. My mom, she’s in Florida right now, but she made shirts for our whole family with instructions on how to vote for me,” He laughs but there are tears in his eyes, “I love my family so much and I wouldn’t be here without them. I genuinely can never-” Finn looks away when he feels his emotions overcome him, turning away completely to wipe his eyes as his shoulders shake slightly with a sob. He collections himself quickly, breathing sharply through his teeth. “I’ll never be able to thank them for all their love and patience with me. Mama, Aubrie, Trin, Hannah, Athena, and papa I love you all so much. Thank you.” He blows a kiss to the camera then to the sky for his father.
“Finally, I’m wrapping it up I promise, thank you to my DeepDive members. I promise I won’t give y’all any less love just because I’m in Starzie. I love you guys so much. Thank you for always having my back,” He blows another kiss to the camera then turning towards where the winners are, pointing to them. “And I can’t wait to make history with y’all. This is such an honor. Thank you so much!” With that, Finn rushes over to his new group, immediately taking Oliver into a tight hug, patting his back as he embraces the other boy.
Their hug soon evolves into a group hug where all the members of STARZIE are hugging and embracing, smiling happily at one another.
“And that is a wrap on Shooting Stars! Congratulations to the members of STARZIE and the constatants that made it this far,” Salem says into her microphone as confetti blows, fluttering to the ground and landing on various contestants.
“Yes, thank you to everyone who voted and participated in this amazing show,” Klara smiles with a nod, giving Salem a glance before smiling brightly at the other girl who couldn’t stop herself from laughing.
THE HIVE was a survival show that aired in late 2020 and early 2021. The show had a 13-episode run and featured 28 trainees. 18 of these trainees would be eliminated, the final ten ending up in the final group HONEYMOON. The final lineup ended up being MIHEE, NANA, CHINSUN, DAHEE, KIKO, DOLLY, PETAL, BORA, NOIR, and SUNNY.
The program shared the process of participants competing against and working with each other. The show was created by BigHit Entertainment‘s and CJ E&M Entertainment‘s joint company BELIF+ Lab. Actor, host, model, and entertainer Lee Dong-wook presented the show, which launched on November 26th, 2020 and will be shown on South Korean music TV channel Mnet. Dancer, and choreographer Bae Yoonjung as well as rapper-producer and EXID member L.E were the mentors on the show alongside Bang Sihyuk (BigHit’s CEO) and others. Several BTS members such as JHOPE, Kim Taehyung, and Park Jimin made appearances on the show as guest mentors.
"THE ROAD TO HONEYMOON" was a documentary done by HYBE in early 2022, looking back on the show by interviewing a majority of the former contestants, the current girls of Honeymoon, and going over some of the show's iconic moments.
CHAPTER TWO ... CHAPTER THREE ... BONUS CHAPTER
CHAPTER ONE :: THE OTHER 18 CONTESTANTS
Clips of various different-looking girls walking in is chopped to up make it look like one continues motion. They all sit down, the same editing style applying, in a simple interview room, a camera trained on them as bright studio lights fill the room. They sit in a yellow chair, decorated in corny-looking bee and moon decorations. Only ten decided to come in for the documentary it seems.
The camera starts recording with loud click of the clapper board. The interviewer motions toward the camera.
"Can you introduce yourself to the viewers?"
“Hello!” Jian exclaims, clapping her hands together in excitement. “My name is Lua Jian, and I am…” she pauses, counting on her fingers. “And I am 24 years old! But I like to think I don’t look a day over 20.” She giggles.
Bomi smiles softly at the camera. "Hello," She bows her head and blinks into the lens.
Emiko smiles brightly at the camera, her gummy smile on full display. "Hi everyone! I am your winter breeze, Emiko!" She sends the camera a quick hand heart before giggling at herself, almost embarrassed.
"Hello, guys! It's Tabitha Choi, once again!" She says in English, waving both her hands to the camera and letting herself smile, open and sincere.
"What's up, everyone!" Tyler cheers, waving both her hands to the camera. "It's your favorite former contestant of The Hive and Sunlite's main rapper, Tyler!"
Bea gives the camera a small smile, a bit nervous as she looks past the camera, rubbing her lips together before looking back at the camera. "Hello guys! I'm GirlGarden's, Beautiful Bea!" The blond says cheerfully.
Navi smiles at the camera before bowing her head politely. "Hello, world! It's your shining compass, Navi! So happy to see you all again!"
“This is so awkward…” Yoora trails off, pausing her thoughts for a second. “If you happen to not know already, what rock have you been living under? Anyways, this is Im Yoora, Main Dancer of Hashtag because I am just that good.” She smiles brightly at the camera, clearly proud of her short introduction.
Rubi gives the camera a peace sign, pursing her lips together as she smiles a bit awkwardly. "I'm Rubi. Nice to re-meet you!"
"Hi guys," Joohwa sings, waving elegantly to the camera. "I'm Joohwa but you knew me as Hwa on The Hive. Nice to see you again."
"How long had you been a trainee before appearing on The Hive?"
Bomi is silent for a moment, pursing her lips. "I was a trainee for six years."
Yoora rubs her forehead harshly in deep thought. “I might ruin my makeup doing that— Oh right, uhm I think it was around a year and five months? I don’t really keep track of time and I’ve forgotten now.”
She taps her chin, preparing to say something else.
“I mean, other people have trained longer than me but I don’t know how they do it, isn’t 4 years too much for you? Practice makes perfect I guess, but it wasn’t the same case for me if I was already perfect.” Yoora laughs again, this time she turns her head in order to not laugh too loudly.
“I’m only joking, they probably worked as hard as I did, so good for them.” She tucks her hair behind her ear staring ahead uncomfortably.
"I had been training under Hybe for around three months? I think?" Tyler looks up to do some mental math before nodding her head, her orange curls bouncing as she does so.
"Yeah, I did three months at Hybe but before that, I did a year of training under this no-name company. Like, I really think it was a scam, guys. If you google the name literally nothing pops up," Tyler tells the crew, looking behind the camera, talking casually like everyone in the room is her friend. Tyler shrugs.
"So I guess a year and three months."
Tabitha hums to herself, doing some quick math in her head. Her eyes widen a little and her hand flies to cover her open mouth, as she calculates the answer.
"Since 2014. It's been 9 years. 9 years of training," Tabitha says, turning her gobsmacked face to the interviewer, then containing it into an embarrassed little smile.
"Sorry for all the reaction, it's just that- I don't really like to keep count of these things. Big numbers tend to kind of scare me. And the passing of time has always been weird throughout my training journey, everything has always mashed together inside my head, so while I know it's been that long, it doesn't feel like it's been that long. I think anyone who's been pursuing a single goal for a long time can relate."
Bea sucks in her cheeks to make a squeaking sound as she thinks, pink lips coming together in a fishy face. A habit of hers that was notable of her's on the show.
"I think at the time of airing...I was a trainee for three years? Maybe four? I just know it wasn't five," Bea says confidently with a nod, wrapping her arms around her waist.
"Five was my time limit. I would've had to go back to Brazil if I had been training for five years."
“I had been a trainee for..” Jian trails off, trying to remember. “I had only been a trainee for maybe a year at a smaller company before I left. Then a few months after that, a joined The Hive. So, a year and a bit I think?”
It takes Emiko a second to do the mental math in her head before she turns to the camera to answer the question.
"I was a trainee under Angelico for three years before I made my debut as winter. I then spent a year training on my own accord at different dance studios before joining The Hive."
Navi's full lips twitch a bit at the question, always finding it embarrassing. "I think at the time I had been training for about 5 years. I started at JYP in 2015 and stayed with them until 2019. I joined Hybe soon after I left JYP," Navi explains as she fiddles with her fingers in her lap.
"Not long at all," Rubi reveals with a confident nod, "I had only been training independently for around 5 months before going on The Hive. I had no professional training at the time."
"How was your time while competing on The Hive? People say it was a harsh program. Would you agree with that?"
"Yes," Tabitha says immediately, with a curt nod.
Rubi whistles dramatically. "Oh yeah," She says as she nods slowly, "Yeah. Hard agree."
"Oh yeah," Tyler scoffs, laughing softly. "Did you watch the show?"
Navi blinks at the interviewer then the camera, raising her brows.
"It was intense, 100%. It's not easy to make 13 episodes happen, specially throughout the entirety of winter. But to me, more than anything, I was very affected by outside expectations, which isn't something I think THE HIVE audience considered as a factor that played into the atmosphere of the show," Tabitha explains, "There were a lot of eyes set on what would be the next move of HYBE after the disbandment of Honeybunch, a lot of anger from their fans, gossip the moment all the former Idol contestants where announced, questions about how a new girl group would fall into their expansion plans... We all felt that overwhelming pressure. We were never allowed to forget it existed by the trainers and the staff. It left me a pile of nerves every day, all day."
"Yeah, I didn't have a great time. I liked singing and dancing a lot and being in a structured environment, but it was...It was rough." Bomi looks away, raising her eyebrows and heaving out a sigh.
"And it wasn't, like, the fact I was competing that made it so rough for me. It was other contestants," Tyler spills, shaking her head as memories fill it. She rubs her lips together with a slow shake of her head.
"You would think we would all be supportive of each other but no. Some of those girls were just downright mean." Tyler gives a knowing look to the camera as if she's silently telling the audience they know who she's talking about.
“It was..” a pause. “It was.. an experience. It had its ups and its downs but overall, I’d say it was eye-opening.” Jian's eyes wander around the room nervously.
“I learned how harsh the industry really was first-hand. It was honestly.. upsetting.”
"Oh, it was beyond harsh, and I definitely was not cut out for it in the slightest." Emiko sighs wearily at the memory, not really wanting to recount her time on the show.
"The trainers were severely strict, the competition went on 24/7, even when we weren't filming, and the viewers did not hold back when it came to criticizing us. I thought that having experience in the industry would make it easier but boy was I wrong."
Yoora’s lips quirk upwards into a smile at the mention of this question, her face seemingly relaxed. “Can I just say that whoever made up this rumor or whatever is a little stupid because I’ve seen it everywhere? Sorry, but I mean…Were you even there to witness it? I didn’t think so.” She clasps her hands together, letting her smile fade.
“Everyone liked me so it wasn’t really a ‘harsh program’, it may have been for the people everyone mutually hated, but that was their problem, not mine.”
“It was actually really fun. I didn’t feel much stress other than the times when the judges had something to say, the buildup was excruciatingly painful to sit through.” Her eyes light up as she seems to remember something important. “Oh, and watching the performances was the best part. The terribly performed ones were my favorite, they always had something special about them or maybe it was just because they made me laugh the most.” She runs a hand through her hair, opting to finally end her long rant.
“I think the best performances came from the people who actually made it into the group, which isn’t surprising, they managed to get into the lineup for a reason, they’re all really good.”
"Did you get along with everyone or were there problems with other contestants? Give us all the details."
"I was two seconds away from beating Nana's ass at all times. I'll be honest," Tyler admits with a laugh, looking off-camera when she hears the camera crew laugh as well.
"She was always trying to tell people what to do and I was like...You're not even in the top ten, baby! Sit down!" Tyler's laughter grows with every word, shaking her head before waving her hand dismissively.
"Besides her and that Yoora girl, I got along with everyone. I was really close to Bea and Petal. Those girls were cool and Tabitha, Emiko, and Dolly were sweethearts. I still love them all so much." With that proclamation, Tyler presses both hands to her lips and blows a kiss to the camera for the girls she mentioned.
"It's not that we didn't want to along," Tabitha says, shifty.
"It's more like there weren't enough opportunities for us to really bond. That's what I felt, at least. Bonding doesn't interest people as much as intrigue does. I haven't kept contact with any of the girls ever since the show ended, and it's unfortunate, and also my fault, I admit. I was a judgy person while on the show, and it took me a while to understand that at the end of the day, everyone was just trying their best to preserve themselves. I was playing everything very close to my heart, and that's why I was so affected. I feel like out of that type of environment, there's room for a lot of friendship between us, so, to my HIVE girls," she prompts, facing herself fully forward in her chair and speaking directly to the camera.
"If any of you want to reach me, please do, anytime. I will do the same as well, from now on."
"I never really personally had any problems with anyone, but I also am rather introverted, so I didn't try too hard to make friends with the girls. I was though rather close with a few girls who I still consider some of my best friends to this day." Emiko smiles slightly before her face returns to a neutral expression.
"Some girls took every opportunity they could to try and stir the pot, but I tried my hardest to stay away from those people, partially in fear of being evil edited and because I truly just wanted to focus on my training and performance."
Bomi raises her eyebrows before covering her mouth, as if to stifle a laugh.
"God, yeah I had issues with a couple contestants. I didn't like Dolly very much so we were always butting heads..." Bomi pauses for a moment. "I mean, I guess it was kind of one-sided. others on the show said I was too hard on her and that I came off as rude and that the things I said were unnecessary, but I don't think so. she was f-- she was annoying, I was just putting her into her place because no one else would."
“I didn’t exactly have many friends on show. Just people that I got along with.” Jian smiles weakly. “I could hold a conversation with most of the girls, but I was a bit lonely. I think everyone found me a bit annoying.. one of the girls screamed at me and said I ‘talk too much’.”
"I really didn't make a lot of friends besides Bea and Rubi," Navi admits as she crosses her legs, "And maybe that's what hurt me? I was also a bit...headstrong? I listened to my unnies, of course, but I didn't respect some of them because I knew they didn't respect me...And some of them were just rude. Super rude." Navi expresses, pressing her back against the chair with her hands up like she's still in shock.
"I really tried to act nice and well-mannered on camera but some of those girls just didn't care. It was crazy to see because how–" Navi cuts herself off when she's about to say a name, her lips forming a tight line as she points to the camera.
"You almost got me. You almost got me!"
Yoora scoffs at this, clearly taken aback.
“I personally didn’t have any problems with anyone, there were just a couple contestants who I found annoying with their sob stories but other than that, no, not really.” She pushes her back onto the chair to rest in a more comfortable position.
“I was closest to Bora and Kiko though, they were closer to my age and I felt like they understood me, everyone else was cool too though. Don’t get me wrong.” Yoora sighs quietly. “There’s not much I can say for this, Not much happened to me other than good things so..” She trails off once more in an attempt to gather her words.
“But I did hear that two of the contestants happened to have a fight, like, a proper fight on and off camera but I can’t remember if it was included in the actual thing.” Yoora shrugs. “It may or may not have been because of me, but they both had it coming and it was deserved either way.”
A small pause.
“Okay so maybe I lied a little. I think I fought with Dolly like twice cause she kept spilling her drinks all over me or giving me rude comments and wouldn’t even apologize, thinking she was better than everyone else on the show. I can’t blame her though, I was a little rude too and she probably felt that way because everyone around us was doing the same thing. We argued with each other to fit in with the atmosphere and I’ve got a short temper so it didn’t really end well.” Yoora chewed on her bottom lip, stopping herself from saying anything more.
“One of our fights blew up everywhere after we had both already debuted but by then everyone had thought we were some type of enemies. But in reality, we had already made up ages ago. Once more, It was stupid, really.”
“She’s actually such a sweet person, I learned that once I got to know her so nobody start saying I hate her or take this out of context, there was just a bit of tension since we were all, you know, competing against each other.” Yoora shrugs again. “Fights happen a lot when you’re all under pressure.”
"Be honest, did you feel the show was rigged? Did you feel personally slighted by your final ranking?"
Rubi clicks her tongue before shaking her head. "I think a lot of girls earned their rank and then there were some..." She trails off, shrugging and leaving the viewer to fill in the blanks. "Not the whole line up though. A lot of them were really liked by viewers."
"Um...Nana is the CEO's niece," Bea deadpans, the residual anger from her time on the show still there. "Safe to say at least one girl was rigged in."
Tyler smiles at the camera, pointing a manicured nail at the interviewer with the same smile. "She's trying to get me in trouble!" The girl laughs, causing the whole room to laugh. Her laugh was always contagious even on the show. Tyler shakes her head, laughing again. "Nah, I think a majority of them earned their place," Tyler says but it's not clear if she's lying or not.
"What is with people and bringing up rigging shows? Even if a handful of them were rigged previously it doesn’t mean that The Hive was part of that handful.” Yoora waves her hands frantically in the air in frustration as she tries to explain her reasoning. “If the show was rigged it wouldn’t matter to me, because I would get a spot in some group anyways so I didn’t really care much, there was always space somewhere else.”
“Plus, I’ve ended up in a talented group so it all went well for me in the end. Go listen to some of Hashtag’s music If you haven’t already and—Oh, sorry we haven’t got to the promotional part yet. I’m meant to be talking about The Hive only? Got it.” She smiles in an attempt to make up for the awkward situation. “My final ranking was just fine, I think it reflected how good I was back then compared to how I am now in such a short time, I’ve definitely improved, and that ranking just reflected who I was at the time as well as my overall skill level.” Yoora tugs on the bracelets clasped on her wrist as she thinks of what to say next.
“People need to stop taking things like this so seriously, most of the contestants have already debuted in different groups so does it really matter if it were rigged?”
"It wasn't any less rigged then all the other reality TV out there. Let's start with that," Tabitha chuckles, not as ligthly as she has up until now.
"I'm sure HYBE had a set vision for what they wanted and the majority of who they wanted from day one." "I didn't want to come into his interview an state anything obvious," she keeps up cautiously, after a lengthy pause.
"Like the fact that yes, I believe I had everything it took to be a Honeymoon member, and that I deserved, and that I wasn't given enough time on camera to showcase why. If I didn't believe that, I wouldn't have joined the show, and I wouldn't have kept training after I didn't make the cut. But they were both risks I was awere of, when I joined; the possibility of rigging of others and the chance of not making it for a million different reasons. Deep down, I don't think any of us was naive enough to expect an all honest fight."
"The show was definitely rigged to some degree, no doubt about it. Some of the girls that made it into the final lineup truly had minimal talent and that is me being nice about it." Emiko sits back in the yellow chair, placing her hands gently on her knees before clearing her throat.
"I personally believe I deserved to be in the final group, and while I won't say if I think I got rigged out of it or not, I do think I deserved to debut in Honeymoon."
"Do people really believe that it wasn't rigged? Be real." Bomi chuckles. "If everything went right, I'd be in the group right now, but instead there's... well, you can see the lineup, I don't have to say anything."
"In the end, was it fun? Did you make any friends or was it an experience you wish you never had?"
Tyler nods without missing a beat, still smiling.
"I had a blast!"
"There were fun aspects of it, yes," Tabitha says, crossing her legs and plaching her jointed hands in her knee, pensive.
"At that time I was really eager to be on camera for the first time, and I'm the type of person that can really get attached to the good things, even if there's not many, so I found myself able to really enjoy it at times. I was one of the youngest of the show, but I put myself into positions of leadership that were foreign to me, and I liked looking out for the other girls if I noticed them having a hard time in private. It helped me mature a lot in a short time, which was something I was needing."
She concludes: "If anything, I regret a little how I went about it. I would go back in time and do the whole show again with the head I have now, I think it would do me a lot of good. I would have focused more on the people and the journey instead of being so hungry for and defensive of that Top10 spot."
Navi shakes her head as her hands fist in her lap. It's clear she doesn't like thinking about the show in the slightest and is only here for PR.
"I don't regret it but I would never do it again," The girl explains, shrugging her shoulders. "I didn't have fun. I cried every day, I missed my mom, my dream was torn to pieces because I didn't fit a certain look. I was never critiqued on my skills only my appearance and it really fucked with me. Oh–" Naci covers her mouth after cursing, looking off camera with wide eyes before laughing quietly when the producers tell her it's okay.
"I shouldn't have cursed. I'm sorry but no. I would cut my legs off before doing this again." Navi gives the camera two thumbs up with that statement.
"Even though it was really rough, and I would never go on a show like it ever again, I did have fun at some points and was able to make some really close friends." Emiko pulls out her phone and scrolls through her camera roll until she lands on a photo of her and some of the other contestants behind the scenes of the show, "I have more bad memories than good in regards to the show and the time surrounding it, but I don't think I would want to go back in time and not participate."
“It wasn’t bad… but it wasn’t good. I benefited from it ‘cause now I look back and laugh about how hostile I was at times, It was definitely not a good time for me.” Yoora places one leg on top of the other, moving her hands to sit comfortably on her lap once more.
“I’m pretty good friends with HoneyMoon unlike the rest of my anti-social group.” Yoora coughs after saying this, smiling politely. “Obviously i’m closer to others than most but I can proudly say that I’m their biggest fan as of now and will support them unconditionally, no jealously and definitely no hatred at all.”
“I just hope the rest of the girls who didn’t know how to act on that show are doing better now instead of coming for me every time I breathed. It was embarrassing for them anyways so I hope they learned something.” She rolls her eyes, her face contorting into an expression of anger, before it relaxes once more.
“It was an experience,” Jian repeats. “I’m not sure whether I’d like to do it again.. probably not. I didn’t quite hate it, but I didn’t enjoy it either. It helped shaped me as a person, and I think that’s more than enough.”
Bomi sighs. "It was fine. I got clout from it so it was worth it in the end. I got what I needed in the end, even if I didn't make it in the group." She shrugs.
"I'd do it a thousand times over."
"And tell us what you're doing now!"
Emiko sits up straighter at the question, a genuine smiling making its way onto her face, "I am currently a soloist under Flowerbank Entertainment! I debuted in April of 2021 with the song Woman and have done a few acting gigs since then in dramas and a movie!"
"I'm a trainee at FURTA Media!" Tabitha says, enthusiastic. "You might know them for being the company behind IDOLMAKER. I was contacted by them right after the show ended, and it's been a good home for me. I have quite a lot of things lined up now actually, exciting things, but I don't wanna speak about it too much and jinx it, you know? But lets just say that you can expect to see a lot more of me soon," she gives the cameras a sly look followed by a not-so-smooth wink, then breaks into embarrased laugher.
Tyler beams at that question, clapping her hands together as if the attention isn't already on her.
"I am the main rapper of Flowerbank's sweetest and sunniest girl group, SUNLITE!" Tyler cheers, putting her wrists together and wiggling her fingers to make her hands resemble a sun. "I debuted with some of my best friends and I'm super happy there. It all worked out for me," Tyler tells the camera with a proud nod at how far she's come.
Bomi, Navi, and Bea are now all in the same room. Bea and Navi look excited while Bomi has kept the same unnerving deadpanned face. "Okay! One, two, three!" Bea starts, causing all the girls to bow in unison.
"A full garden! Hello! We're GirlGarden28!" The girls say in unison as well, doing their GirlGarden salute with beaming smiles minus Bomi who looks like she has nothing going on behind the eyes. Navi and Bea smile brightly at each other, easily the happiest they've looked the entire interview. Navi rests her head on Bea's shoulder which makes Bea hold onto the younger's arm, smiling bright at the camera.
"Catch our latest comeback where Navi is our center!" Bea cheers, clapping for the girl who smiles and nods proudly.
“A few months after I didn’t make it through to the final lineup, I ended up debuting in Hashtag and we got a lot of support because of my feature in The Hive so i’m grateful for them sort of kickstarting my idol career even if I didn’t make it through the show like I had wished to.” Yoora’s face seems brighter at the mention of her current group. “I’m also planning some other things for the future, but that’ll come out later!”
“I hope I didn’t make it too awkward to watch, I forgot how popular HoneyMoon are right now and now many people might watch this.” Yoora winces at the thought of it. “I probably should’ve said more nicer things but we all know I mean well!” She ends off her interview waving brightly at the camera before it clicks off.
Special thanks to all the lovely people who lent me their ocs for this! Thank you so much for the wait! You're all amazing and so are your girls! :: @hshtag + @gioniverses + @wint3rbreez3 + @musetv !

The group separates themselves into groups by the color of their uniforms. It plays out like a cheesy 2000's cheer movie, both the teams giving each other overexaggerated dirty looks before Doah steps up initiating a short "cheer off" that ends in the group coming together in a group hug, ending their short lived feud just in time for the song to start.

THE DREAM ended their week together as best friends and a tight knit group.

riko - lead vocal 2
sunny - main vocal 2
liling - main vocal 1
jinri - sub vocal 2
saero - sub vocal 3
sanghee - sub vocal 1
mingeun - lead vocal 1
The team was a little rocky and the start with lots of arguments over positions that got too heated and hard to control which lead to even more conflict between team members, which was kind of rough and messy at times but once that problem was pushed out of the way and quickly solved by liling everyone was much more calmer and it was just overall easier to get a long once people weren’t at each other’s necks over a few lines, overall it was a coworker to somewhat friends situation!
Liling was actually a pretty good leader for her first time, at first she wasn’t really sure how to resolve conflicts or control the group fairly at all, but as time went by, she progressed and it became easier for her to do so.
She was a little angry at the start and was lowkey annoying but she definitely changed quickly and was back to being sweet & energetic as normal.
Liling clearly struggled to choose parts, especially with the voting system which should’ve made it easier but in fact made it harder but she worked with it and overall, she wasn’t the worst leader ever and made everything come together in the end to create a decent, not anything too crazy, performance.
NOTABLE MOMENTS !
Liling letting everyone lead but herself.
Everyone fighting over positions whilst Sunny is just there egging on all chaos.

Ranking 3rd in the pre-voting, Oliver's team "MYSTERY INC" performs next, performing the ultimate kpop classic SHERLOCK by Shinee! Dawning matching neutral toned outfits, the group of seven step out waving and bowing politely to the cheering crowd before them.
"Looking for you! Hello, we are Mystery Inc!" The team shouts, jerking into a goofy detective-like pose to mimic the original cartoon. Each of them points in a different direction like they've heard something while Bora jumps in Femme's arms, covering her mouth in faux fright as Femme holds her bridal style, looking around in overexaggerated fear.

— MAIN VOCALIST: Zasha
— MAIN RAPPER: Sora
— LEAD VOCALIST: Oliver
— LEAD RAPPER: Cody
— SUB VOCAL 1: Yua
— SUB VOCAL 2: Bora
— SUB VOCAL 3: Femme
With this being the first challenge, everyone was desperate to come out as the front-runner in their team. There was stiff competition for the role of the main vocalist between Zasha and Femme, with Oliver making the harsh decision that, ultimately, Zasha's vocals fit the song better and were more stable in the higher notes.
This led to some tension between them but with Bora's excitement for just being at Shooting Stars and Media Training, playing up some type of team bonding was easy. They were able to work together for the dance aspect of practice, with Cody and Yua providing better support than their team leader could ever dream of.
When it came time for vocals, Oliver was pretty strict in their practices and wanted them to practice singing at any possible point to make sure everything was being hit correctly, with Sora helping with the rap parts. Overall, just some co-workers trying to put on the best show they can and survive into the next round.
Oliver underestimated what being an idol takes for this mission. Though he has the ability to perform on stage easily, he was missing a critical aspect: dancing. He has never been a talented dancer even as a trainee and not keeping up with his few talents lead him to struggle through the dance practices.
If vocals or rap needed any help, Oliver led them in the right direction and was very detailed about pronunciation and making sure the correct notes were being hit. Thankfully, Cody was there to help him lead the team during dance practice and they were able to put on a good show. Also struggled with team motivation and keeping his anxiety under control through most of it, but Oliver is a singer! This is what he loves to do!
NOTABLE MOMENTS!
— Femme vs. Zasha on main vocalist + Zasha glaring at Oliver when he starts to raise his hand for main vocalist.
— Cody, Yua, and Oliver going over choreography.
— Someone notices the camera and the media training turns On. Everyone's suddenly in a better mood and working together.
— Femme being upset about the song so there's that awkward silence edit that mnet loves for survival shows before they start practicing.
INDIVIDUAL SCORES !
OLIVER: 4/5
SORA: 4/5
ZASHA: 5/5
CODY: 4/5
BORA: 3/5
YUA: 5/5
FEMME: 3/5
Ranking 4th in the pre-voting, Finn's team "ELEC6IX" performs next, performing the electrifying hit ELECTRIC SHOCK by F(x)! In the most eye-catching and 2010's accurate outfits, the group steps out with tinsel-decorated hair and neon-colored extensions. They've stayed true to the era to say the least.
Finn looks over his team before clapping his hands. "6 of us! We're ELEC6IX!" The group shouts, making stars with their fingers as they do their intro, some more enthusiastic about it than others.

For what was supposed to be practice, the entire group spent a lot of time on planning their outfits and seeing which hairstyles were the best. The entire group was definitely a huge friend group that loved to have fun. Everyone towards the end got it together but they all had fun! There was an aura of nervousness at first after seeing so many popular idols but it quickly melted away when they actually started talking.
It was very clear from the beginning that Finn is no leader. He did not lead this team at all. Most of the leading was done by other members, Kadie in particular who ended up being the one to teach all the members the choreography two days before the performance.
Kadie was able to handle the entire group despite having only two days left before having to go up on stage. The group thought Finn was insane that he asked if Kadie knew the choreo also two days before they had to go up. But, despite the time crunch, the group was able to get it together and create an amazing stage!
NOTABLE MOMENTS!
Poppy and Finn did fight over the main vocalist position for a little bit but Poppy got a bit too scared so she backed down and let Finn have it.
Them spending the majority of the time planning their outfits and hanging instead of actually practicing
Finn pushing Poppy away from the main vocalist position.
Co-leader Kadie who actually carries the team.
Two days before the performance Finn asking if Kadie knows the choreography because he doesn't.
Flashback sequence to the time Jisoo sneezed in the middle of her lines when deciding positions.
Elliot crying in the corner because he can't learn the choreography despite practicing at home. Que video of Elliot watching F(x) performance videos in the Pushing Daisies living room on his small laptop.
"This is a trainwreck, but at least we look good 😎 " - Kadie, two days before the performance.

And finally, ranking 5th in the pre-voting, Yijin's team enterts the stage to perform an underappreciated 2nd generation gem, Fiction by BEAST! There's an intense tension when the team steps on the stage, no one smiling, just wanting to do their job and get it over with.
They get into their beginning positions without a greeting.

POSITIONS !
YIJUN : Leader / Lead vocals
JIWON : Main rapper
SKYLAR : Lead rapper, Lead dancer
VENUS : Main vocal
MARS : Center, Main dancer
We had a few conflicting spirts in our group. (Some of it might have been caused by them knowing that they had been picked last) The groups dynamic was Skylar causing drama, adding unnecessary commentary, and generally causing trouble for Yijun and Jiwon, who were trying to lead the other to learn the choreography and lines, the two boys were basically this groups last two strings of sain, stable leadership.
Mars would often say out of pocket things, adding fuel to Skylar fire and would start arguing over small details in the dance, tone of the song. Venus, picking up on the Mayhem that the two were causing also eventually joined in arguing. Her annoyance to receiving criticism just adding more and more conflict to this group.
But in the end. After a long long time, Jiwon and Yijun managed to work things out between them all. Jiwon basically taking control, much to Yijun please (he was having a difficult time)
Yijun isn’t by any means the leader in his group. If anything he the quietest, unspeaking voice. Not because he’s shy but because he doesn’t see his ideas in high regard compared to others. So he tried his hardest to hear everyone’s else’s opinion before he voiced his own. He tried his best but defiantly leaned on Jiwon a lot to help lead the group. He was extremely nervous the entire practice time. But tried his best to conceal it.
NOTABLE MOMENTS !
It was mostly arguing. A lot, a lot of arguing. But I can picture Mars and Venus (the two space names, let’s go) teaming up on Skylar at one point. And bullying him with facts and just common sense into a corner. He most likely would be quiet, mouth zipped, for an entire episode after that one.
INDIVIDUAL SCORES !
YIJUN: 4/5
SKYLAR: 3/5
VENUS: 3/5
MARS: 4/5
JIWON: 5/5

Emiko situates herself in front of the camera, smoothing down the multiple layers of tulle on the skirt of her dress before looking back up at the camera and smiling. "Hi Everyone! I'm your winter breeze, Emiko!" She does a cute little spin, her dress flowing up and around her before she finishes back in her original position and sends the camera two finger-hearts. "I am so excited to be here on The Idol and I absolutely can not wait to get started on this adventure!"
"For those of you who don't know me, I am the princess of Flowerbank Entertainment," as she says the word princess, she adjusts the headband sitting on top of her icy blonde hair that resembles a flower crown with the mixture of white/blue flowers and pearls adorning it. "I debuted as a soloist in February of last year with the song 'Woman', but many of you may remember me from my time as Winter in the girl group Seasons or as Miko in GirlCode, or even from when I was a contestant on the show 'THE HIVE'."
With her gummy smile on full display, Emiko decides it's time to wrap up her introduction, "I have been in the industry for a good amount of time now and decided to join The Idol to get to experience something new and hopefully learn some new tips and tricks from other experienced idols. Hopefully, you will all enjoy what I have to offer and vote for me!"
"I will be performing a part of my first comeback song "12 o'clock" for you all today! This song is one of my favorites within my discography so I hope you all enjoy what I have prepared." Emiko sends the camera one last finger heart before she gets into place, moving quickly to adjust her outfit and mic before signaling for the music to begin.
The last minute of her song begins to play and Emiko instantly begins dancing as soon as she hears the first beat. Her confident and graceful moves match her angelic voice perfectly, and when the high note comes up she effortlessly nails it before moving right into the complex dance break. She feels weird performing this song without any of her dancers but after weeks of practicing, that uneasy feeling is nowhere to be seen as she hits the ending pose. Emiko's gummy smile once again makes an appearance as she tries to catch her breath while moving strands of her hair out of her face.
"I hope all of you viewers enjoyed what I have to offer and consider voting for me throughout the show!" She waves enthusiastically at the camera, "This has been your winter breeze, see you later!"
[ #JAEHWA ] upon hearing the news of se4sons disbandment, it only felt right to post about my time in the group. as many of you know, i debuted in se4sons in 2016 and left in 2018 due to very unfortunate circumstances involving legal disputes and messy contracts. i’m often not brought up when former members are mentioned lol but that’s okay. my time in se4sons was short but impactful not only on my career but on my life as a whole.
i met three of the most amazing girls there who changed my life forever. i was never good at making friends before i became summer, it was nice to have friends like emiko, view, and bambi. they made me a more outgoing and loving person, something i’m very proud of myself for becoming.
thank you to my fellow se4sons family, breezies, and angelico for giving me such a learning experience at the beginning of my career.
[ #BAMBI ] debuting in se4sons as spring will always be an experience i’ll never forget. i was 16 at the time, far from home, and my korean wasn’t the best, it was a scary but exciting experience. it didn’t play out how i wanted, my graduation was one of the saddest days of my life, i thought my career was over just a year after starting. what i didn’t realize at the time was se4sons was a learning experience, not a forever experience.
the only forever i gained from se4sons were my friendships with jaehwa, emiko, and view. the three of them taught me things i never would’ve learned on my own, how to speak for myself, and helped me become the performer i am today. i wouldn’t be the woman i am today without these women’s guidance at such a young age. i just want to give the biggest thank you to my forever sisters and a thank you to se4sons for giving them to me.

In a recent ANGELICO announcement, it’s been revealed to the public that SE4SONS, a rotational girl group under Angelico, will be disbanding after six years in the industry.
The group debuted in 2015 with a sweet concept and a graduation system set in place, during their run they had 20 graduated members soon to be 24. While there are no hints as to where the current girls will go, former members have shared their fond memories during their time in the group and thanked the fans for making their times memorable.
The current members graduations have been set for the first week of June and once the last member graduates, the group will officially be disbanded.
