i’m a total sensitive piece of shit
I think I’m getting better and then everything gets bad again.
Ever been so sad and broken that you can’t move. So you just sit there, frozen, paralyzed by your pain and suffer. Because that’s all you can do.
“Do you ever lay in bed and realise how not okay you are?”

It’s okay to not be okay. It can be helpful to transform that “not okay” to a “not okay yet”. I always feel more hopeful remembering that I will be okay again, and the period of not being okay doesn’t last forever. ♡
That’s the fault in my heart. It gives and it gives and it gives until it gives up.
How do you run away from things that are inside your head?
Sometimes when I’m sad, I feel like a whole different self, so I made happy frog and sad frog to represent those states of mind. When I’m sad frog, I not only feel sad about the original problem, but I also feel sad about being sad frog (something I didn’t even realize was happening until I went to therapy!). This comic is a reminder that it really is okay to be sad frog. Sometimes happy frog is on a break, so be kind to your sad frog, okay? ♡

Ever cried in your bed curled up in a ball because you’re alive and can’t die?
