How exactly do you draw the shape of the head? I have problems with that.

As you can see in my examples, I tended to taper the front of the face a bit to account for the angles of the zygomatic region (your cheekbones and the arch that connects it back to the skull/cranium!)

I made up this method a while back when I was still learning basic foundations for art n stuff, hope this helps you! Of course, the head shape changes a lot depending on ethnicity, body make up, etc. but it’s still based on the shape of the skull!
