I finally finished the LawLu art! The idea came to me @silversoulstardust. Thank you!

The idea is that Trafalgar and Luffy exchanged hearts using Law abilities. When Luffy fights someone, his heart rate increases and Trafalgar can feel it. Law becomes anxious and worried for Luffy's life.

I hope I've gotten the point across with my drawing.

Hi! I don't know if you'd like some advice/tips, but I do have some tutorials I'd like to recommend because they helped me understand color theory.

This Marco Bucci video on Youtube where he studies Edgar Payne's color choices (great starter for building your understanding of color theory).

Another Marco Bucci tutorial video using the same color theory principles as the above video, uploaded on the Proko Youtube Channel.

This three-part twitter thread by Devin Korwin on Color Chroma (I recommend reading this after watching Bucci's tutorials but you can start here too if you'd like).

I also recommend switching to using a color wheel as your color selector, if your program has it! If not you can consult any image of a color wheel as you draw. I switched to using it after watching Bucci's color theory videos 🙏

This color wheel with brightness/lightness as the central component will help you understand how colors work in relativity and how certain lighting conditions will pull colors towards them. It will also be a huge help for knowing how to mix paints if you make physical paintings.

I became a lot better at making deliberate choices on what colors to use rather than relying on vibe alone because of these tutorials and this color wheel 🙏 I hope it does the same for you!
