I'm so frustrated with myself. I let life get too much all the time or choose to totally disregard all the hard work I'm doing with my running and tracking my food etc and I slip up again and again, it's too easy when you live with someone else and you both love ice cream and chocolate and greasy food and you can't afford to buy your own food separately all of the time 😐 I was starting to do 5Ks a couple of months ago and now I'm having to start again pretty much and I don't understand why those brief moments of madness just ruin everything, urgh.
