Good reminder!
Had my first bad day in a while yesterday
Drank too much, led to poor eating choices. Gonna do my best to shake it off and get back to it. I did go to the gym yesterday, but I just let myself get carried away. Can't wait until I don't feel the bloat and gross anymore.
Haven't posted for a few days, but not because I've been slacking! My eating has been on point, my drinking has been at a totally acceptable level, and I think some bloat has gone down! Trying to eat intuitively and focus in on fruits and veggies. Feeling wonderful though!

Did great today! I accidentally left my work snack at home so I just bought a bin of presliced mangos and snacked on that all day. Hoop class tonight as well! Not feeling super body positive today, but really happy about how my day went! I made good choices!
Overall I think I did quite well today! Kept my eating pretty in check. I did have a nut butter bar, but it was all good stuff in there and it powered me through my tissue class. Could have done with a few more veggies but overall not bad. Movie night is tonight so I'm going to do my best from holding off on the drinking. Might have one glass of wine of boyfriend wants to open a bottle but think I'll just stick to water. I'm having one of those days where I'm just really aware of every fat roll and part of my body I'm not happy with. The good news is I know it will only take a couple weeks to really start feeling the difference.
Homemade breakfast sandwich was a success! Egg and spinach with Canadian bacon and Gouda cheese on an onion roll 😍😍😍

I've been bouncing back and forth on my progress. I think I've finally gotten my drinking under control. I've been buying a ton of flavored sparkling water and putting it in the beer fridge. Now when I want a beer, I grab a water instead. I'm really limiting when I'm allowing myself to have a few drinks and I feel great about that choice! I'm also prepping two weeks of breakfast sandwiches to get me to stop buying breakfast and save some money. I'm also going to try and start making my lunches again, but if I don't I have meal shakes as a back up. Boyfriend and I also agreed we need to get back on it, so we're going to be more mindful of what we make for dinners. We're aiming for one meat dish, one fish, and one vegetarian knowing we can eat off each dinner 2-3 days. We also went to the gym today and I'm going to do my best to be more diligent with that! I hoping since boyfriend and I talked about it we're really gonna get it together!
Today I will make good choices!

I keep thinking I’ll come back over to posting here regularly but idk. But I keep feeling like I want to. Anyway, I lost 3 lbs! Maybe 6? Not sure if my first weigh in was water weight or bloat or legit. But I’m definitely down 3 lbs!
