No one is going to accomplish your goals for you.
day 10 + 11: i might start ignoring weekends for this since my goal is to be productive on days i work. the weekend will get something done in some capacity, always. like laundry. speaking of, i left my laundry out to dry and i got home late and it's been raining in my town.... this might end up being a run to the coin laundry down the street to dry tomorrow 😭
day 9/100: a more chill day at home. today is thursday meaning i have an extra shift in the mornings so i had like 3 hours at home before going back to work. ugh. i played stardew with a friend and filled out census info.
to do: finish oathbringer tonight, walk if it's a clear night as it's predicted
(belated day 7 +) day 8/100: on day 7, i had a late (3pm!) health check up yesterday that i needed to fast for so i just slept until then.
today i made some yummy breakfast and coffee. i have to focus on lesson plans for the month today, and then some JLPT N2 studies.
evening plans: draw and read
day 6/100: grocery shopping and a reading session with a friend who's in the same book club as i am <3 enjoying my apartment now that it's cleaner hehe <3
evening plans: eating something filling because i have to fast for a blood test tomorrow 😩 maybe some art tonight? hmmmm
day 5/100: did some seriously needed cleaning around my apartment. went for a walk. played stardew valley for a bit. now just winding down for the night with either a bookshop game or a book <3
day 4/100: had a really late morning (got out of bed at 11!) but i went out to a café with a friend. we talked about study materials for the N2 and ended up going to the bookstore, ditching our inital plans. oops. good day though! plan to close out the day with some reading.
day 3/100: happy halloween! finished up Horror Movie by Paul Tremblay. it was a decent read. was hoping for more horror but it was still an entertaining read. great for the rainy day today. i did some grocery shopping and a little tidying up around my place (i have a lot more to tidy up but that will be for the weekend.) i hope to relax after work today. no productive plans. might either watch a horror movie or watch the shibuya arc of jujustu kaisen again in the spirit of halloween.
day 2/100: did a sudoku, made a breakfast with veggies, did some art while listening to Horror Movie. i want to finish up the book before halloween is over, so i'm putting in extra time.
goal for the evening: second half of dishes, get at least 10% more of Horror Movie done
day 1/100: trying to be more conscious of my free time before work and after work, so i hope to blog about it. today, i finished up Howl's Moving Castle (about 2 hours of audiobook listening done) and i sewed up a hole in my jacket. i also went to the doctor's for a visit, and it was ok! i usually don't feel any particular way about a visit, but this time it was less than ideal. oh well!
goals for the evening: put away laundry, dishes, and read Horror Movie
hello! i wanted to do an update that i'm currently out of school and unsure if i will get back into academics formally, but i will still be learning things on my own! i passed the N3 last year, and working on N2 for the summer exam. and i'm reading many many books. so this blog will reflect more of those kinds of studies, but i will still reblog other resources that i have an interest in.

04.29.25. Alright Substack, let's try again. Just released "What I didn't learn from my parents..." & I'm slowly (& painfully) trying to get used to the fact that I write deeply revealing stuff. And that's okay, I guess?
There's a level of detachment that's required for this sort of thing, which I've had many years to practice, & with time I'm sure it'll bother me less & less.
Substack: Lost in interludes
well, I kind of disappeared after the exam session, but I want to try to come back here. a lot has happened during this time, but here are the main and most recent updates:
I’m in the final semester of my bachelor’s degree, so right now I’m working on my thesis and preparing for an exam that covers all areas of physics.
yesterday, I presented a presentation I had worked on for a very long time and with great effort and my scientific poster won.
unfortunately, I kind of stopped doing figure skating and working out for a while, but I’m trying to get into the habit of going to the gym regularly again and recently I messaged my figure skating coach.
so far this year, I’ve read 8/30 books and started posting reviews of them, so I think I’ll share them here too.
currently reading: Love, Theoretically by Ali Hazelwood.
Just wanted to share a little update, hoping to come back and post here more often.
