How long did it take for you to lose 40lbs and how did you do it? Like what was your full routine?
Lot of people ask me this so here I will respond it<3
Took me about almost 4 months, and my routine was:
Eating 500 calories LIMIT per day (I would never go over my limit, and won’t count like “oooo I burned x amount of calories so I can eat more” NO. 500 calories no matter how much calories I burned)
2 workwithjo videos from YouTube (normally was the walk your weight off, and the abs one; PLUS momomi videos for thighs and waist)
Water, water, and more water. Did not drink any type of zero calorie drinks. NEVER DRANK MY CALORIES (coffee? Black, nothing added)
Walked 10k daily steps
Ah and I will fast during the day and I would eat around 5pm or so, but at the end of my day.
And if for some reason I didn’t workout then I will not eat. And fasted for 2 days every week but exercising.
