Decided to create a new blog after being around for a good few years and eventually losing most of my interest in tumblr.
Have many fandoms, which my muse returns to every now and then.

I have been considering for a while to make a series of short stories involving these ideas.
This is my AO3
Ideas that are on the top of my to write:
- Connie and Ymir having a heart to heart about Connie's mother, with Ymir giving him what closure, comfort and advice she can
- Ymir and Historia spending time with their foster children
- Ymir (the queen of making sure the whole room knows you have a thing for someone) giving Eren a much needed kick in the butt to actually get somewhere with Mikasa
-Hanji telling Ymir about the happenings of Ilse's Notebook
And perhaps more. If I ever the motivation and time to actually write it.
writers really will spend twenty minutes pacing around the kitchen thinking “this scene is genius” and then sit down to type and suddenly remember approximately three words and one emotional vibe
-I could imagine Ymir and Hanji staying up late talking together about various different things, such as titans and the state of the world
- Ymir and Levi could share a similar vibe when it comes to humor and insults, and end up encouraging each other, much to their team's occasional dismay (oh god there was two of them all along)
- It turns out Ymir has a certain talent for dancing (much like the agility of her titan) and can and will rock a dress (grudgingly) if the situation calls for her to look a little more docile
- Such situation includes her own wedding where Historia wanted so badly to see her future wife as a princess at least once; the heels got evicted early in the occasion because fuck that shit. However, Ymir happily committed to her beloved's wedding wish, and Historia looked like she had ascended with joy and awe
-When it comes to exterminating all the titans off of Paradis, Ymir is surprisingly involved for someone who was once a wild titan herself, wanting to ensure they are given a quick death with a proper send off
- By a proper send off, Ymir offers Eldian prayers learned from her time in the cult to dead and dying titans, especially during mass killings
- Quite a few scouts find this strange and almost mockingly refer to her as the titan priestess, but her friends understand and even ask to be taught some prayers to help her give the titans a more human passing
-Ymir is placed in Hanji's squad and under her supervision
- Hanji and Ymir learn how to fight in sync, combining Hanji's ODM skills with Ymir's titan agility, making them a force to be reckoned with (could imagine this being the background music)
- Historia and Ymir foster multiple orphans in the peaceful lull before Marley. Historia ends up being the loving enforcer and Ymir the 'cool' mom that ends up helping the kids get into shit, the parent who's only advice is 'listen to your mother'
Inspiration comes and goes for me, but I will never stop envisioning a better ending for Ymir. She deserved to at least find her own family and marry Historia.
I may write some of these in the future. I've already written some here and there on my AO3, some stories going back years. I am curious to see which ones you would want to see
The headcanons for my personal AU, if Ymir wasn't killed in Marley
She develops a fake name for when in Marley, so she doesn't set off any alarm bells (Aria Castellis, but mostly Aria; the surname is just in case)
Ymir grows her hair somewhat longer as gets older (I see it as a parallel to Eren and Mikasa; Eren tells Mikasa to cut her hair, Historia wants to see Ymir grow hers)
She gives Historia a crystalized miniature version one of her titan's fangs as an engagement gift, declaring she will be her fangs
Ymir doesn't wear her wedding ring on her finger--it would be too risky for her to lose it as a shifter. Instead, she wears it in a locket worn tight against her neck for safe keeping
Historia claims that, in a way, she will always be the last protector of her wife's life, be it in person or through the locket
As time passes, Ymir takes time to look into becoming something of a diplomat, recognizing her unique position as someone who's lived both on Marley and on Paradis (without any ulterior motive)
However, this position benches her when it comes to the battle of Shiganshina; Erwin refuses to let her on the front lines, despite her abilities, due to her personal involvement with Reiner and Bertholdt, unless it is a last resort.
I like to think Ymir might be able to convince some of the warriors to join Paradis's side for various reasons, like Pieck and Reiner.
Porco is 100% ready to fight Ymir for killing his brother and she is 100% willing to let him out of pity and regret. Not without a heart to heart in the end, however, nor a heartfelt apology
My headcanons of what could've happened if Ymir lived, because this AU is my personal canon:
Ymir gets to start over with her classmates, no longer having to hide her past
She learns to let down her walls and live sincerely once again
Levi and Hanji practically and/or literally adopt her because she never had a family or parents, and she is very appealing to both (she grew up on the streets like Levi and was a wild titan)
She becomes Hanji's newest favorite test subject (but will happily lift the squad leader by the back of her jacket if she crosses any lines)
Historia becomes more than a figurehead if Ymir returns; she encourages her to be more active as a leader and becomes her personal bodyguard as well as her advisor when it comes to the outside world
Her classmates begin to see her as an older sister figure
She and Connie see eye to eye and become closer than ever
Her titan, though not the prettiest, becomes beloved by those involved with her; think of something being so ugly, it's cute.
Ymir becomes something of a mentor for Eren, not just as a titan shifter but as, again an older sister, and teaches him to be more thoughtful and less rash. Imagine how dangerous Eren could've became towards Marley when focused from the beginning
Ymir, surprisingly, would've been the most reluctant out of the Paradis shifters to harm humans with her titan. With her true self out in the open once more, her compassion becomes more evident, and she is determined that a rumbling is not the answer.
If Ymir lived, it is possible that she could've worked with Eren and Historia to find another solution
I have an endless amount of these. But I wanted to get some out there
P.S Of course, there would be a beautiful royal wedding between Historia and Ymir, but Ymir would rather be known as the queen's wife than a queen herself, especially after what happened with the cult when she was younger.
