How do you all keep track of your weight/calories (if you do, if you donāt youāre still valid ā„ļø)? Do you use your notes section, a journal, an excel? Iām genuinely curious
I used a notebook before, lately I've stopped and just stick to tumblr. I haven't been recording my weight, and after gaining some followers here I made a second private blog for the ed things that would probably get me tworded š
My weight is written in my planner daily and my intake is tracked in the fitbit app.
I also post my weight and intake total in my accountability thread on mpa2 every night.

21. I donāt think thereās anything I havenāt said about my ED. Iām a wordy person with a tendency to overshare on the internet lol
23. I do, I have a boyfriend and our 5 year anniversary is coming up. Heās known about my ED since we met 13 years ago and I just told him I was relapsing last week. He obviously doesnāt want me to hurt myself but we had a good talk about harm reduction and him encouraging me to be healthy without pushing me, which I think is fair.
