Steps:  - Gather your supplies.  - If you can do this in sunlight, that’s even better!  - Hold your water in one hand. - Put your other hand on the pot of the plant.  - Focus your intent on healing and aiding the plant in healthy growth.  - Say/think while focusing energy into both the pot and the plant:  “ This little plant needs to grow,  Through the dirt may this water flow, Imbue it with healing properties,  So that it may grow properly.  May it grow uninhibited,  and its beauty be elicited.
