I rest my case.
“those who follow the school of fire, known as pyromancers, are tempestuous, quick to anger, and consumed by whatever drives them at that moment.”

“wizards that embrace the school of storm, known as diviners, are driven by the thrill of investigation and discovery, the joys of invention and ingenuity, the power of creating and building.”

Hey, Hello. So I’m really new to the game and Fandom (like I’m seriously level 7) my name is Karic StarThief! please reblog or like so I can follow you! I will follow you from my main: TheycallmeBrady
Back story: I’ve actually know about this game for a while because one of my friends is addicted to it and so after much persuasion she convinced me to try it and it turns out I really enjoyed it! I already had a tumblr account so I figured I a may as well check out the fandom! Anyway let’s see how my downward spiral into obsession goes!
Say goodbye to your free time and everything you love

The schools as Hogwarts houses (revised with explanation)
Ravenclaw: Storm and Balance- Ravenclaw prizes creativity, originality, and intellect; characteristics of these schools. According to Wizard101.com , "Storm is all about creativity", and "Wizards who focus on Balance Magic, known as Sorcerers, are broad-minded". For this reason, I have placed these two schools under Ravenclaw. Hufflepuff: Life and Ice- According to pottermore.com, Hufflepuffs value "hard work, patience, loyalty, and fair play". Due to their lower offensive spells, I believe it makes their gameplay more laborious and time consuming when playing alone as they chip away at the health of enemies (the "hard work" aspect). they have an aptitude for defense, whether because of life's ability for healing both themselves and others or ice's superior resistance stats, which draws a connection to the loyalty and patience of Hufflepuffs. These schools work best in teams, which reflects the Hufflepuff's welcome letter, calling them the friendliest house. Gryffindor: Fire- Along with being the element associated with the house, Gryffindor and Fire share some likenesses. The sorting hat says "Where dwell the brave at heart, their daring, nerve and chivalry set Gryffindors apart". Fire students are prone to being "consumed by whatever drives them at that moment"; this seems similar to something I found on the Gryffindor wiki, which says "According to Phinaes Nigellus Black, members of other houses, particularly Slytherin, sometimes feel that Gryffindors engage in 'pointless heroics.'". Fire is also a relatively offensive schools, and Gryffindor's bravery and nerve can lead them to be an offensive house in terms of connecting personality with fighting styles. Slytherin: Death and Myth- Slytherins are cunning, ambitious, and resourceful. They also value self-preservation. The Death school truly embodies Slytherin's value of self-preservation and resourcefulness, as they use spells to draw life from their enemies and feed it to themselves. Myth students learn that "to control the Future, one must look into the past" and "summon beasts of legend"; a resourceful and ambitious philosophy and curriculum. Also, Myth's unique ability to destroy their enemies shields and thus weakening them reflects Slytherin's cunning. Both schools are skilled in solo gameplay, and as Slytherins are quite estranged from the other houses, this quality of isolation is also a parallel between the house and schools.
