Pairing: Stephen Strange x Wife! Reader

You stormed into the garage, angrily getting into one of your cars. After about two minutes, Stephen Strange got into the car as well. You and Stephen had been married for almost three years. When you got married, you two were lovebirds. But now, you were falling out.

He seemed too busy with his work. Stephen wouldn’t come home until the early hours of the day, just to sleep and then go back to work. You started to feel alone with your thoughts. And those thoughts went straight to one of his coworkers.

Her name was Christine. You had met her a couple times, and you didn’t trust her one bit. She seemed overprotective of your husband which did not sit well with you. You had asked Stephen about his relationship with her, but he denied anything quickly, almost too quickly.

As Stephen started driving, he noticed the tension and tried to break it, “What’s wrong hun?”

You took a moment to think about how to put it, “Stephen, be honest. Are you cheating me?”

Stephen started speeding up, acknowledging his anger, “Why would you think that?”

“Stephen answer my question.” You demanded.

Ninety miles per hour, “That’s ridicu- is this about Christine?”

“Steph-” Stephen started to pass a car as he interrupted you.

One hundred miles per hour, “No, this is ridiculous! Christine and I are just friends, you have no reason to-”

Stephen accidentally swerved into the car, sending both cars flying. And everything went black.
