It was very dark outside, but you couldn't tell the time.
Maybe it was 4am, maybe it was 11pm. Maybe it was just particularly dark outside.
You were so tired that getting up from your comfortable bed had been a challenge.
You had heard your boyfriend Joey get up from his bed after getting woken up by Chandler, yours and his best friend and roommate. You obviously knew that it was another prank of his, but you weren't aware of what he had planned this time.
As you walked into your apartment's living room, you noticed that Chandler was standing right in the middle of the area.
“Good morning, y/n” he told you, grinning for an unknown reason.
“It can't be morning, Chan” you answered him “Where is Joey, by the way? He hasn't come to bed yet. What did you tell him this time?”
“I couldn't sleep, so I convinced him that it was already morning and he straight up went to get ready” he responded “I think he fell asleep on the toilet”
“You're so... unbelievable” you sighed, walking past him and opening the bathrooms door.
“I'm hungry, can we get some food?” you said.
“At this time? What would you like to get at.... 2am?” Chandler responded, quite confused by what you'd said.
“Pizza!” you exclaimed.
That's when Joey woke up.
“Pizza? Where?” said man shouted, sitting up and nervously looking around himself.
“We're gonna buy some when it's actually morning, honey. It's not even morning yet” I answered him, sweetly taking him by the arm and leading him to our shared bedroom.
“It's Chandler's fault, isn't it?” Joey questioned, trying to put up a sentence, getting a nod from me as an answer. “He's a bad guy” he added, frowning.
“Yes, Joe. He's the worst” I remarked, looking sideways at our best friend who had been looking at us for the whole time.
