her   great   eagle   bow   is   pulled   from   its   spot,   and   zelda   once   more   stares   at   him   with   a   gaze   that   begs   and   pleads   him   to   just   stop   for   a   * moment   and   call   a   truce.   it's   selfish   -   she   knows   as   such,   but   she   just   really   wants   to   take   a   moment   and   look   at   the   ancient   relics   that   had   been   her   life's   work   until   immortality   had   struck   at   her   like   a   venomous   snake.

zelda's   just   lucky   they   hadn't   even   started   to   prepare   the   journey   east   towards   the   mountain   -   the   princess   will   just   be   * stuck   with   her   knight   and   his   worrisome   habit   of   * throwing   himself   into   danger   without   rhyme   or   reason.   she   won't   deny   the   swirling   concoction   of   both   envy   and   fondness   within   her   if   asked;   it   is   so   very   characteristically   link   to   behave   as   such,   even   if   the   sight   of   two   lynels   had   nearly   sent   her   to   the   royal   grave.

her   anger   is   not   *too   intense   -   she   dabs   carefully   at   his   cuts   and   bruises   with   her   handkerchief,   brows   knitting   together   as   she   muses   under   her   breath   about   surely   needing   stitches   but   * not   having   her   kit   with   her.   it'd   been   nothing   but   a   quick   and   simple   trip   out   to   the   elma   knolls   to   check   on   her   repropagation   of   the   silent   princess   flower,   but   she'd   mapped   their   trek   incorrectly   and   sent   them   * directly   into   the   lynel's   territory.   zelda   sucks   in   a   breath,   looking   up   at   link   again   -   this   time   apologetically.

Seeking Help With Grocieries

I'm in need of help with groceries until. Due to my insurance no longer wanting to cover my Spiriva inhaler or Tezspire infusions, I'm having to spend part of my grocery budget on them. In addition, I'm caretaking my mother for the next six weeks while she recovers from foot surgery, which is limiting the gig work I can do. the   trek   is   a   pointless   one   -   purely   nostalgic   on   * basis,   and   utterly   pointless   on   * practicality.

the   trek   brings   biting   cold   so   intense   that   her   legs   and   feet   find   it   almost   * hot   -   a   surefire   sign   that   zelda   would   need   to   treat   herself   for   hypothermia   later.   it   was   another   task   on   a   never-ending   list   that   the   princess   would   continue   to   fill   as   to   hide   from   the   failures   of   her   past   that   * clawed   at   her   soul.

she   does   not   really   know   who   she   needs   to   prove   herself   to   but   the   long   * dead   -   for   the   living   have   no   * desire   nor   * knowledge   to   judge   the   savior   of   hyrule   on   her   ineptitudes   of   divinity   and   piety.   maybe   it   is   due   to   time   passing,   or   maybe   it   is   due   to   a   change   in   personality,   but   zelda   is   not   sure   how   she'd   managed   the   trek   in   her   white   maiden   dress   -   it   felt   * foolish,   really,   to   send   such   a   girl   off   to   the   coldest   mountain   outside   of   hebra   with   open-toed   shoes   and   a   tube   dress.

maybe   zelda   was   just   *jaded.

perhaps   it   was   * spite,   a   desire   to   prove   herself,   or   just   fueled   by   the   animosity   she   felt   at   a   childhood   that   had   been   marred   by   the   scars   of   loss,   isolation,   and   * failure.   she   finds   herself   back   at   the   sacred   site   that   filled   her   with   nothing   but   thinly   veiled   * rage.   her   brows   furrow,   discarding   her   shoes   and   rolling   the   sleeves   of   her   rito-crafted   snowpants.   her   eagle   bow,   crafted   in   homage   to   her   late   friend   ( her   first   * real   one ),   finds   itself   nestled   with   utmost   care   on   a   particularly   flat   rock.

she   * scowls   once   more,   brows   knitting   together   as   she   wades   into   the   ( thankfully )   warm   spring   water.   zelda   finds   her   way   to   the   ceremonial   spot   so   many   of   her   namesake   before   her   had   been   * blessed   by,   bows   her   head,   and   prays   to   a   goddess   that   deigns   nothing   but   eerie   * silence.
