Minor update:

Turns out the damages + model make it not worth/too costly to repair. Thankfully I can get a different computer (I have my eye on a refurbished one online) but I am definitely not overjoyed this had to be the outcome

Once I get it in I hope to get back to writing/drawing before I get too busy this fall.
