This is a Pokemon fusion I call Sylveshelure. I haven't come up with Stats or anything but she is pretty powerful. I have however come up with a backstory. As a baby, Sylveshelure is given to a child to raise. That child eventually begins to be obsessed with it and begins to change her appearance to look like the Pokemon. Once the girl begins to transform, Sylveshelure will wrap its ribbons around her arms and take her to another dimension called Ulottuvuus. This is where the child completes the transformation and turns into a baby Sylveshelure. This new Sylveshelure is sent to another child and the process starts again. Sylveshelure is a mix between a Sylveon, a Reshiram, and a Chandelure.
