General disclaimer: I am not really aiming for historical accuracy, yes I do look into it a little bit, but they are still fairytale wolf furries. So like the late 14th to early 15th century is mostly an inspiration for these freaks. They are not set in an actual existing medieval european culture, but Blattland, although fictional, is supposed to be in Europe, specifically in southwestern Germany. There's a whole possible alternate history angle, which would explain their inconsistently germanic names, but it's mostly just vibes.
