I will post images that can be used as icons, backgrounds, pagedolls, or other webpage decorations without credit - originating from geocities websites pre 2010, video games, or f2u resources on the internet
I will link back to whatever website these graphics are pulled from, although these will usually be secondary sources.
posts I reblog will usually but not always have free to use without credit content - please refer to op's rules about reuse.
this isn't meant to be a comprehensive archive - just graphics I would use to design a webpage/profile myself [: so it'll mostly be transparent gifs, pngs, and repeating background images.

all reblogs and posts are tagged with ""png"/"gif" and are also seperated by "divider" "background" "icon" "cursor" "blinkies" "stamp" and/or "button".
the most common sorting tags I use are those for symbols/animals that appear in the graphic, such as "wolf" "bunny" "clover" "rainbow" "glitter"
there are "webcore" and "old web" tags for things directly pulled from that era or remixing those graphics
and there are also tags for some franchises / companies (mainly "nintendo" and "windows")
my own comments within the tags will be prefaced with "howl:"
