Hello! I'm Alejandra Pizarro from Chile. I work in the Observatiorio Contra el Acoso Callejero (an organization against street harassment) and I want to know your opinion about the flowchart that you published on Playboy page like a year ago. Even when it defends women's right to circulate in the public space, Playboy is questioned about use and commercialize women's body as objects instead of people. ¿What is your opinion about this? I would really appreciate your answer. Regards!

Best case scenario the flowchart showed how mainstream opinion on street harassment is changing. I don’t speak for them, but I don’t believe Playboy to be a feminist or female-positive company. If they are willing to publish it, it’s a sign that catcalling is finally starting to be considered a basic human decency issue. Hopefully that flowchart - because it was published through an unconventional avenue - reached a few people who could actually learn something from it.
