Can someone keep me updated on Lee Hak Joo news? I’m drumming my fingers waiting on him to take over the kdrama world after he was the ONLY good part of Sweet Munchies.

There’s been a massive increase in the number of Crash Landing On You posts showing up on my feed lately, and if the universe thought she could tempt me into another rewatch when I’m currently behind on airing dramas, then she was absolutely right. Bring on the tears!
If you were scarred by the garbage that was Born Again, might I suggest giving Until We Meet Again a try? It tackles reincarnation with the most amazing story, and all of the relationships are healthy and loving. It’s a Thai BL drama and is by far the best one I’ve seen.
Overview:
In and Korn fell in love, but their families disapproved and tried to force them apart. Their story ends tragically (for real, be prepared to cry buckets), but their reincarnated souls meet again in the future.
Guys. This love story is BEAUTIFUL. And the side characters are all so wholesome. The secondary couple is actually what drew me to the show in the first place. Highly recommended!
Woo Do Hwan posted he’ll be enlisting on July 6th. I knew it was coming, but I’m a little heartbroken about it. Eternal Monarch was my first chance to watch him in a drama, and he stole every scene he was in. Wishing him luck during his service and can’t wait for him to return to our screens!
I flipping hate everything about this show. Except for Tae Won. I just want to protect that precious bean from the world. 😭
Watched the first two eps of It’s Okay To Not Be Okay last night, and I have sooooo many thoughts! I’m moving this week though, so I’ll have to condense them in with next week’s eps. I do think it’s off to a really promising start! LOVING the visuals (no, not just Kim Soo Hyun...although he’s definitely a plus)! And the chemistry is DEFINITELY there between our two main leads...👀 🔥
Okay, Kdrama fans, help me out. Backstreet Rookie isn’t on Netflix or Viki. I’m pretty strict about only watching on paid services so I’m supporting the drama, so which service am I missing that BR is on?
I’m breaking off this engagement because my daughter doesn’t want it.
This arc...it shatters my heart into a million pieces, but I love. I love. I love how much this mother adores and understands the needs of her daughter. It’s such a beautiful arc that forces you to face so many emotions. I love it (even through the tears).
My heart...❤❤
Hopping on the Sweet Munchies tag to vent my annoyance at the fact that we’re still seeing queer baiting in the year 2020. And don’t come at me with, “he had to pretend to get the job,” because it shouldn’t have even been considered for a plot in the first place. 😤
Choi Won Young is legit making me develop a crush on him too, he looks so warm and homey in Mystic PUB. Also his acting is so on point. It's like looking at two different people when I compare it with I Remember You. I'm looking at the same face in IRY but there's always that creepy, unsettling aura about him.
Oh, he was chillingly perfect as Joon Ho! I’m happy we’re getting to see him step into the limelight a bit more with Mystic Pop-Up Bar. I was looking the other day at all the dramas I’ve seen him in, and he’s always the right-hand man, but his characters drew my eye even then. I think he’s just got a charisma that makes him hard to ignore on screen.
i would die for you
Let’s talk about how they managed to find two of the most expressive actors I’ve seen for this...
Pfft...Watch those eyes, sir.
Melodrama, indeed…👀👀👀
A Happy Ending
Episode 16, Finale
It’s hard to say goodbye to this one. Spoilers below!
There’s like a 93% chance this is going to become a Choi Won Young appreciation blog until Mystic Pop-Up Bar ends...
Bonus:
Held off on watching Born Again until I knew it’d have a satisfying conclusion....looks like I’m just sticking to my Lee Soo Hyuk gifs. 🤷♀️
