Swapped II Mulan - Scar
With her lips pressed in hard line Mulan stared at the man, head shaking. “You call this traveling?”
“Well...” Hercules shrugged. “I’m in a different place than I was yesterday. What do you call it?”
AU: Assertive Cindy
She refused to move, to look away as her shoulders remained squared “You made it my business when you decided to level the guy.”
“He deserved it.” Hercules maintained, stepping away from him. The fight was won, and the other guy would walk it off in a minute or two. “What, you know him or something?”
Event - Violent Pocahontas
“You’re cute, but I’m taken.”
“I don’t see him.”
“I’m Hercules.”
AU: Assertive Cindy
“Just leave him alone” she cried eyes hard and jaw set as she stood between the two men, her slight form breaking up the fight.
Hercules wrung out his hand once the other guy dropped, then heard a girl’s yell and turned. “It’s none of your business.” He stated plainly.
Event - Violent Pocahontas
“What do you think you’re looking at?”
Hercules smirked a little. “A pretty woman, that’s all. Just looking, swear.”

“Why?” she asked again, voice abrupt and brow creased. “What about this does not bother you?!”
Her abrasiveness stung him, but he answered, though reluctantly. “I mean, it’s just... I don’t know. Maybe ‘cause I landed somewhere nice? It’s probably just a day. A new experience? I like that. I guess I miss traveling.” He admitted a little sheepishly.

“Does nothing bother you?” she snapped, hands pounding against he side of the mirror as her anger finally bubbled over.
His head jerked back in surprise from her flare, shocked into silence for a second. “Uh—I mean, of course. Yes. Just.. not this.”
Well this looks familiar
She smirked at the smile. He was so innocent. She remembered him from one of their other talks, him being completely innocent as she tried to seduce him over mirror. She wanted to see those lovely pecs again. She bowed her head accepting the seeming praise, it would be praise to most people at least. He nodded “I have. I grew up in the West so I’m pretty well acquainted with most of their meals. I liked that. If you ask nicely they may give you a Devil’sfood ball. I don’t know if they’re common in windmarsh but the nobility in Adbury loved them.” She said easily. “They were my favorite dessert.” She added in a bit of a flirt.
Hercules’s grin widened. “Oh yeah? Which part are you from?” He remembered how she’d acted last time. Concerned about her dust and then.. sort of concerned about him, to put it delicately. His friends had gotten a kick out of the story, at least. “That sounds pretty good, I’ll be sure to ask about it. Hopefully the chef won’t poison it.” He joked, giving a wink. Even as a national enemy, with his good-natured demeanor and Lady Ariel’s word Hercules was a hard man for most people to hate. “Did you get that dust you wanted, by the way? A couple of girls left here about a month ago heading there, so I sent it with them.”

Her eyes narrowed, head shaking as she stared at him. The idiot. “I like to be left alone yet here I am thrown yet again into a situation I did not choose to be in…So tell me what would you suggest I do?”
Her flat yet intense expression was just something Hercules had become accustomed to and didn’t take it personally. “Many were, ma’am.” He reminded her... though he had gotten reasonably lucky. “If you want to be alone, then do that I guess.”

She simply stared at hi a stern look upon her face as his word did little to lighten her mood. “Enjoy myself?” she asked features immobile.
He knew she was from the East, somewhere East. And she’d left it, so maybe she didn’t want to be back. Hercules also didn’t exactly know what she enjoyed. “Sure, do something you like. Visit an armory, or...” He shrugged. “Whatever’s out there.”
Herc in Windmarsh Castle
"I’d enjoy that man. While you have it at least." Robin encouraged smirking. It was a very nice mansion nothing like his home but it was about the same level. "Oh You fight in the war? I think I’m in one of the camps. I’m sort of impartial to it. If I were to lean one side it’d only be for a… well someone I know." He said thinking of Rapunzel. "I get that. Stuff that nice can get… boring and too much sometimes."
Hercules smiled brightly at the camaraderie this long-haired man possessed. It reminded him easily of the brothers he had made in the army. "I'll be sure to enjoy it." He agreed with a nod. "Oh really? Do you know which camp?" Herc asked, more out of curiosity than anything else. The only other person he personally knew to be affected was Mulan, so it wasn't likely he was in the Miralit camp. "That's okay, man." Hercules shrugged about his indifference, the mirrors could reach across the country. Not everyone was affected. But his lips quirked knowingly at the mention of a someone. How nice. "Oh that's not what I meant.." He laughed. "The stuff is awesome, but it's not here for me. It's not my place." The soldier gave another shrug.

Ariel listened carefully, trying to keep her face blank and reserved like a lady should. “I can assure you, sir, I’m dressed well enough. The cold in Windmarsh means we have to dress warmly until the Spring so I won’t be needed any new clothes.” She told him. She pressed her lips together in thought but smiled when he told her he didn’t know what ladies enjoyed. “I’m not sure many ladies know themselves.” She assured him. “I won’t be needing anyone to entertain me, I’ll be satisfied with a horse and some food so I can get somewhere I’ll feel more at ease and not so…politically charge.” Ariel asked. She couldn’t stay here, she’d heard of the plague and she didn’t want to risk catching it herself or taking it back to Windmarsh. And there was the baby to think about. General Fa was not her keenest ally and there were many rogues in the army who might see fit to hurt her. “Thank you for the offer of hospitality, sir. But I don’t believe that I’ll feel completely safe here. I am, after all, the wife of one of your enemy’s leaders.”
His hand found his jaw again for a light rub at her request. That would not do at all, as much as he wished to accommodate her preference. "As you say, you are the wife of a prince of Hamor and... clearly, a very important lady in this place..." His eyes flicked to the high ceiling then back to the Duchess. "As such," As such, who was he? Hercules cleared his throat. "I cannot allow that." He finished in one uncomfortable breath. "It's too dangerous to give you... you simply can't travel alone. It's too dangerous. It's—It's far... you'll be much safer within the camp, milady. This should only last a day or so..." He gestured a little, feeling awkward to deny the royal lady anything. "A day's ride would not put you anywhere safer, I promise. And you won't be harmed." He stressed the last part, hoping she'd believe him.
Phillip in Sherwood Forest
"Thank you Hercules. If you stay true to your word, I’ll remember this when the war’s over."
Phillip's response came with the implication that Hamor would win, but Hercules thought better of picking a fight with the prince. He gave a curt nod. "All right. I won't take up any more of your time, Your Highness."

She nodded looking at the muscle bound man. “I am indeed. I appear to be in the rooms of the Chief Justice, Frollo Priest. We’re old friends so it’s quite nice.” she said with a smirk. “And you Hero? You look to be moving up in the world.”
"That's very nice for you," Hercules said without even a hint of sarcasm and genuinely returned her smile, internally wondering if he should ask about Miss Elsa. He didn't know who Frollo Priest was, or what a Chief Justice did. "I've been very lucky, too." He chuckled lightly. "I ended up in the castle of Windmarsh. Have you ever had honeyed pheasant cooked in wine? It's amazing."

She glared eyes finding his “In the hell that is Agrabah. And you?”
"In this heaven that is Windmarsh." He returned in good humor, knowing the General probably wouldn't smile no matter what he said. Hercules had enough smiles for both of them. "Agrabah is so far East, you should try to enjoy yourself a little."
Phillip in Sherwood Forest
"Truly?" Phillip breathed a sigh of relief. "Are you there with her?"
"I— No, I've been switched too." He explained regrettably. "But my men have their orders, and she'll be treated as an honored guest."
Phillip in Sherwood Forest
"These woods are quite a lot more humid than Hamor."
"Prince Phillip," Hercules offered a cordial head nod to the royal. "I had hoped to speak to your brother, but... Lady Ariel has ended up in my war camp, and I just want to assure you that no harm will come to her. I've told her this but she still seemed distressed... maybe coming from a friendly face... I'm not in the business of torturing ladies." He finished inconclusively, hoping his message came across anyways.
