Dexter Finale Rant *spoilers*
I don't understand why everyone hated the finale of Dexter so much. I understand that you wanted a 'happily ever after' ending but it is a show based on tragedy and if you really didn't see something bad happening at the end you would've had to have been kidding yourself. Whilst I did cry my fucking eyes out over Deb and thought it was sad it needed to happen because it showed Dexter that he was responsible for her death. This triggered him to start thinking the "I kill everything I touch". Which in a way was true to some extent.
He wanted Hannah and Harrison to both survive because they're the people that he loves most in the world.(Aside from Deb but now she's gone:'( ) So it's not because "Dexter didn't care" about Harrison and Hannah, I mean it's essentially the opposite. He cared about them so much, and didn't want his two favourite people in the world to be killed by him.
And just a side note, to people complaining that Dexter left his son in the hands of a serial killer (Hannah) . Did you not stop to notice that he was already being raised by a serial killer? Like seriously...
