this squishy, jelly-like creature is perfect for clumsy pebbles and affectionate adults alike. it eats small fruits, as well as the space-bugs that consume the droppings of flying fauna, but is also capable of filter-feeding on/neutralizing specific (eridian-harmful) microbes in the air. this means that many eridians keep them around as a (cute) living air-purifier, leading to their eventual domestication. i imagine a lot of the internal functions of this thing would be due to lysosomal action, but im no biologist.
